Charles was amazing, i have been online with Dell for nearly 2 days and Charles fixed my issue in 10 minutes. If all your support advisers are as good as Charles then well done

An extraordinary amount of time and patience was spent in the resolution of my software upgrade. Jason was outstanding with his ability to diagnose and correct problems with the install of win10 to my device.

I had a problem installing Visio under Parallels/Windows 11 - this was sorted out very quickly by Charles - he was very polite, patient and knowledgable - and talked me through the solution - very, very good - highly recommended

My laptop had suddenly lost its Microsoft subscription & I were completely 100% out of action.

I had purchased software from MSOfficestore two years ago. My machine suffered a HDD failure during the last update for MS Windows 10. Back up disks failed to restore my system.
Alex from the chat walked me through the reloading of my two software purchases. And is was a Saturday evening too. I have not found that level of commitment to support a sale anywhere else in the world! PF

I purchased multiple Window 10 Pro for Workstation licenses. This is a version that is hard to find. Initially, I had trouble with the installs but it was all my own doing. Thanks to the support team for being available around the clock. They patiently assisted me as we worked though my issues and continued to engage until they had confirmation that I was successful and satisfied.

MSOfficeStore offered the products I was looking for--i.e. familiar Operating Systems and Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) at a price that was more than fair and a once-for-lifetime payment for the life of the customer and computer hard drive! Their customer service, highlighted by Charles' hands on assistance to download and confirm that the OS and software programs were properly installed and ready to go was much appreciated. I'm a senior citizen and feel much more comfortable using the products I have become familiar with. Don't care about AI or Copilot or the like? This is the way to go! These guys are legit and I can't thank them enough.

I was happy when I saw Charles from the customer service contacting me to make sure that everything went smoothly in the installation of Windows 11.

After purchasing MS Office Professional, the MSOfficestore technical support staff went all out in assisting me install it on my machine.

There was a pre-installed version of MS Office Home on the machine that had deeply embedded artifacts that caused conflicts with the Professional version.
Their expertise and patience were exemplary!

Charles and Alex were able to diagnose and fix the root cause and stayed with me until we were certain that MS Office Professional was fully working correctly without issue.

Charles was extremely helpful at time of purchase as we are not real techies. And now he has followed up a couple weeks post purchase to see how the program is working and if we are having any difficulties, which thankfully we are not!

My experience was great from support services while i encountered challenge activating my MS office to my Mac PC on the 11th June 2025. I was served by a diligent and caring support staff (Charles) who went extra trying all way to ensure i successfully activated my product Key. I sincerely appreciate his help to an extend i wanted his WhatsApp number for future help.
