Hurtig levering og produkter af god kvalitet. Jeg har købt hair growth serum som virkelig kan anbefales til sensitiv hovedbund, da den er astma allergi venlig og ikke indeholder parfume.

Great product, no smell but leave the skin extremely smooth, quite thick exactly what you need for stretch mark.

This so far has been one of the worst online experiences in my life! I placed an order on Aug 19, which was the Love Lines and to complete the order, since it was going to be shipped to Canada, I added one hair serum kit (which I didn’t really want, but I was willing to test it out). When my order arrived through UPS, I had to pay $55 in duties, which I paid, on top of my total order that was already $269 (paid a total with duties $324. Well, when I opened the package, the Love Lines, product that I wanted, didn’t come, instead, 1 hair serum kit + 2 extra hair serums. I immediately sent an email to SoKind, with photos and I got multiple emails on the following day telling me that I was going to receive the Love Lines and that any extra duties would be paid by So Kind. When the product arrived at my house, the UPS delivery man charged me extra $35 in duties, which I said I wouldn’t pay because it was supposed to be paid by the company, so I sent it back. Very frustrated, I sent another email to SoKind saying that I received the product and I was charged the duties that they said that they would pay. I got another email saying sorry, that they would be sending another order to the warehouse with a note saying that they would be paying for the taxes, which I sent another email to make sure that they specifically highlighted that to whoever was going to send the Love Lines again. Yesterday, September 15, I got another email from UPS saying that my delivery was scheduled for today and that I have a balance of almost $35 in duties that I have to pay upon the delivery. SO KIND is the worst company that I have dealt so far in my life! I have a high risk pregnancy and I never thought that a cream would cause me so much stress! I regret the day that I spent all this money in a company to get what I didn’t want!!!!! Their logistics are so bad, costumer services flawed and it is wayyyyy too expensive to be this shitty service! I would never, ever, recommend the company, since it was my first order, not a cheap one, and I couldn’t get the product that I bought!

Intet er skrevet i ordrebekræftelsen, her modtager man kun billedet. Indholdet i pakken er beskrevet, men langt nede efter en masse reklamer. Dårlig og misvisende kommunikation. Super godt - hurtig levering

I had issues trying to use a discount code during checkout, and unfortunately, the customer service was not helpful at all. I reached out hoping for a simple resolution, but the support I received was dismissive and unaccommodating. Given this experience, I won’t be making any future purchases with Sokind. Very disappointing.

I started using the love lines cream very recently to prevent possible pregnancy stretch marks and I’m loving the texture, it’s super moisturizing and easy to use for people who are lazy and aren’t used to applying body cream every day, but it’s also not greasy, so it’s a great combo.

Love the products and this company!

Loved the whole philosophy of the company even before I got the products in my hands. Everything natural, no scents, safe ingredients to keep our little ones skin safe too!
And once I got the package i immediately knew there’s a lot of thought and work behind every detail. The little suitcase the set came in? Amazing! Soft material, with cute designs on it that my daughter will definitely use to play later on!
And of course the products inside were exactly what I expected!

First pregnancy and I wanted to treat myself with products that seemed safe and good for your body both during and after. I had stumbled across the brand and felt like it was meant to try. The delivery was fast and easy, and the products fells amazing. I love that the fragrance is very light and fresh as I’m a bit sensitive to smells right now. Have started my own little spa- routine after I shower with the brush on the belly, then the nipple cream and the belly cream. The belly mask feels great and leaves the skin smooth and moisturized. I will definitely buy it again!

Jeg har modtaget de fineste produkter. Farverne elsker jeg, de taler til mine sanser. Hovedbundsbørsten er den bedste jeg har prøvet, den er så dejlig blød og nænsom ved hovedbunden. Serummet virker også til at være godt, jeg er spændt på om det har en effekt på den lange bane, men indtil videre er jeg godt tilfreds ;-)
