All went well with the initial enquiry, report draft and install. We were kept up to date with install dates and the guys on site were tidy and professional. The installed kit appears to be doing what it needs to do - the installers showed us the kit, app and how to monitor it's performance during final hand over. There has been a marked reduction in our electricity costs which was the reason for the install.

Awful company to deal with. Have now reported to trading standards, as still not getting back to us after months of trying to contact over 100 times now via email and phone. No one wants to talk to us and we have no idea if what we had installed is working. we have no manual, no paperwork, no way of knowing if they are working. Just an awful company to deal with.

Highly suspect these reviews are all false,fobbed off for over 2 months and still no further forward,the only thing the have excelled at is taking money off me,avoid.
Think you are confusing me with someone else,my job was supply only in the end as by your own admission you could not do the job and I installed it myself,so how you have signed it off and offered me a service plan god only knows 🤣🤣over a year to reply to original post is also laughable.all good at my end so no problem here.
