The goods were very shoddy in quality and v poor fit. I asked for a refund on the day the items were delivered. I was offered a 10% refund, but I declined and advised them of UK law for online purchases of 14 days you can have a full refund.
They have not responded despite emailing them.

Beware this is a total scam!
Cheap, very poor quality goods dispatched from China. To get a full refund (which I doubt you will ever see) you need to return the items to China at your own cost. This is not clear on their website.
They offered a 10% refund which increased to 20% if I didn’t send the goods back, but I have not received any refund almost two weeks later.
Avoid this site at all costs. Like many reviewers , I wish I had checked on here first. 🙁
Thinking of seeing if trading standards will look into this.

SCAM KEEP AWAY. Haven’t turned up they say they were delivered by yodel we were here at the time hasn’t arrived, no tracking, notification photo nothing. Complete scam made to think London company. Chinese imports. Lost a lot of money as I had tried to check them out but hadn’t found this at the time. Gutted!

Like all the other reviews below I have been totally scammed. Duped by attractive looking photos, duped by heavily discounted prices and sale offer. When the two garments arrived 14 days after they took my money there was no returns form, no care instructions and the 'knitwear' is one of the most revolting items of clothing that I have ever seen. Despite good customer service responses the fact that you have to return items to China is clearly impossible within the time frame and they are very good at telling you the pitfalls of international post. Only good thing is that I will NEVER buy anything advertised on Facebook again. Very clever of them, very dishonest and they should be investigated for misrepresenting products. Only hope that the workers in China are actually getting paid as someone is making a handsome profit from my stupidity.

Absolute con, the whole thing. Also wish I'd read these other reviews, detailing exactly my experience. The so- called luxury knitted cardigan is a huge, cheap, printed polyester affair in horrible bright colours and bears no resemblance to the picture or description on the supposedly London based company. I am now in touch with Trading Standards over this and am emailing daily to get a full refund. I will not be returning this shoddy item to China at my expense (and waste even more money) and so far I have been offered a 20% refund. My daughter had advised me to keep refusing until they offer 100%. It's an absolute rip-off. If anyone else wants to try this, contact the International Consumer Centre who will attempt to get a refund for you, as they are for me.

Can’t believe I fell for this but the website looked high quality.

A scam. Low quality products that don’t look like those in the pictures.

Credit card insurance doesn’t cover this misrepresentation as the company is based in China - and not London as you imagine from the website.

They have also covered all bases in the very small print on its website which I later read. Refunds not allowed
because you think it looks different from advertised.

They must be making a lot of money.

You can improve by being honest! Today received a very poor quality 'thing' tee-shirt type material. What I had ordered was a multi coloured knitted cardigan. I feel totally ripped off, not even sure you would reimburse me so will probably put down to coastly experience! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
Would advise anyone else to not touch this company with a barge pole!!

Same issues as everyone else - ordered a jumper that said it was cashmere - turned up 2 and a half weeks after the order and polyester, different colour and image to what was on the website. This company are acting fraudulently and must be stopped. Again, I've been told to return if I want a full refund but obviously, they try to put you off that and have offered, 10%, then 25% and 30% refund and I can keep the jumper or they even suggested I give it to a charity shop! Not even good enough for a charity job - hideous jumper. Anyhow, I have now reported them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud as well as asking my credit card company to investigate and hold the payment. I would not take the risk returning and covering the cost as doubt you will ever get anything back. Legally, as they missold the item, they need to bear the cost of return and shipping. What a load of balls on their website - customer service being highest priority blah blah and free and easy shipping. |I'm also reporting to Meta as the ads are on Inst and Facebook. They need to be stopped.

The item took several days to arrive. When it did it was awful quality and a horrible design. Nothing like the picture and definitely not cozy. It is very thin and ugly. £40! I can get a refund if I return it to China. That’s too expensive. The other option is 10% refund. I cannot express how horrible it is. Don’t buy from this awful company. I complained that the item was not as described and asked if I could have a bigger refund as a ‘goodwill’ payment. They gave me £7.99 refund instead of £4. Avoid.

Absolutely horrendous quality and same issues as others. I bought quite a lot of stuff on the basis I assumed I could return easily (fool that I am).
I am tempted to try and return to china but am concerned I’ll never get the money back and so spend more or even worse become a further victim of a more intricate scam.

I’ve just been told, ‘if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn’t!’ Lesson learnt.

I should have read the reviews first. If it looks too good to be true it generally is.
Waited over two weeks expecting two lovely colourful knitted cardigans. Received two revolting, printed, nasty, cheap items that I don’t actually know how to describe. Been advised that I have to send these to Ningbo, at own expense, and will get a refund if a long list of conditions are met including a strict time limit. I don’t really fancy my chances…….

I’m gutted I didn’t check here first. The quality is atrocious, there returns policy is illegal for a uk online biz, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! basically you can’t return an item. I will report them to trading standards.

Yep- A total scam. I’ve lost money And they also sent me a dress I didn’t even order and charged me £29.
It doesn’t deserve one star. Based in China, Not London. Report it to my credit card, but I don’t hold out much hope. Shame on Facebook/Meta For Cohn continuing to advertise this company

Same as everyone else. Total scam. I wish I could contact Instagram and get them to ban the ads.

My wife was scammed on this as well. Product not as advertised and when you ask for a refund they advise that the product has to be returned to China. Not only that but they are kind to point out that this will entail high cost and long delays. You are left with the feeling they will deny ever receiving it and hence you will never get your money back anyway.

Completely agree with the other poor reviews. Terrible cheap Chinese product from Solara LONDON which is actually from China and if you want a refund you have to return to China. What a joke. Avoid at all costs.
