Solar Maintenance and Repairs レビュー

Great service - quickly arranged and carried out. Lovely engineer did a great job and explained everything to me. Can't fault Solar Maintenance and Repairs and thoroughly recommend

The engineer worked quickly, explained what was needed and appeared to have replaced a unit satisfactorily (albeit at some cost).

They were very good to know the problem quickly and told me and showed me what the problem is. I unable to get work done at moment but will call them when I can. Thank you, Warren

Very helpful staff clean and tidy arrived on time and explained all the work they were doing.

Dom was helpful and informative,
Many thanks for everything.

James was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable He didn’t baffle me with nonsense and was straight to the point about exactly what needed to be done, the pricing and timescale was all very straightforward.
I would certainly recommend your company to other people

I called this company after hearing an alarm go off in the cupboard that houses the solar panel batteries etc. the panels were part of the house sale and I know nothing about them.

They came out on time and explained to me the problems that I had.
How to solve it. What to would cost etc .

They were not pushy , as to try and sell me anything. Which I liked , just informative and helpful.

I would recommend and I would use this company again .

there were no problems, the man was efficient and nice. But i would like some paperwork, not just a text saying thanks for paying.

I found the telephone response friendly and helpful. The engineer was competent and efficient. The costs were clearly set out without any hidden extras. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service, turn up when they say they will and explanations were clear and understandable. The engineers who attended were experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would use them again.

Diagnosed and resolved the problem in good time.
They fitted a new inverter for my system.

Communication advising time of arrival. Efficient service with everything explained & tips to get the best out of the heating system.

The service was wonderful however I need to see if the system works and kicks in during power cuts,
so far had one power cut and nothing changed we were still blacked out? I will put it down to early days and we spent a lot of monies upgrading in the hope it going to work.

From start to finish these guys were really great- very responsive, informative and overall proficient. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thoroughly recommend SMAR. Their engineers are experienced, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair solar Hot water, Solar PV, and also how this integrates with the boiler and water tank. It's the first time in 20 years I have found a company that is able and willing to service and review all elements of a solar-integrated system. Our engineer, James, was diligent and knowledgeable, and he found and fixed the problems quickly; he also ensured that all the heating systems worked well together.

They diagnosed the fault quickly and were courteous and wore protective footwear etc. Fitted the new Inverter and all seems well. The only downside was they didn't have an available inverter model for our system as their one had been used earlier in the day, so had to order a new one in.

Called out as experiencing RSD tripping constantly on Solar. Did have to wait over 2 weeks for visit. Very professional thorough check of system. Replaced RSD box and all been good so far.
Member of staff (Will?) very polite and respectful.

great service and advice, first choice and has been for 3 years

Emailed this company for a test on my sola insulation. I received a reply the same day and a date was agreed.
Mo the engineer messaged me with a time of arrival and duly arrived before time. Test carried out and a new inverter fitted in an hour.

Professional and comunicativ from the office personnel to the engineers
Thank you for doing a great job
