Solar Maintenance and Repairs レビュー

The company was very polite & efficient. Easy to organise no hidden costs. Will use them again for the next service.

Engineer turned up exactly on time planned, and successfully serviced our system

Arrived on time, was helpful, Louis explained everything well and answered our questions about other aspects of solar stuff.

Very efficient process from first call to appointment, and engineer was able to fix the issue there and then. I don't know whether pricing is competitive or not because I have not experienced other service companies. However I'm pleased that my solar panels are functioning once again.

Excellent service: promptly responding, providing clear explanations of their diagnosis, clear pricing. I would certainly use them again.

Definitely recommend SMAR. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, came at the correct time, did the job and left everything clean and tidy. Such a refreshing change to deal with such a professional company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly and dis a thorough job repairing the fault to the solar system, highly recommended.

I had to arrange an inspection and maintenance visit in the house where my elderly disabled father lives (a long way from me), and apart from effectively diagnosing and solving some technical issues the team were very good at the "softer" issues involved in being in the house of a vulnerable client.

Excellent service arrived on time .Dave quickly diagnosed the fault with the solar system and repaired the system .
Would highly recommend

I think our problem has dealt with, only time will tell, but their communication needs to be improved.

Arranging the appointment was straight forward and confirmed by Text Message. Dom arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault with my Solar Panel system and had replacement equipment on his truck. The system was up and running within a couple of hours.

Prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Thankyou for helping us out of a givenergy nightmare and resolving all our difficulties.

Excellent service very professional friendly technicians.

From my first contract with the Solar maintenance and repair team, was positive. Thier communication was excellent from start to finish. All visitors to our home treated it with respect. The work was carried out on the agreed day. Well done everyone. Especially Mo and Louis as they were the two people whom visited our home. Not forgetting the scaffolding team and the lady I spoke to on my first contract. Highly recommended company. David Waterlooville.

I recently used the team for work on my PV system, and I couldn't be more impressed. They are professional, efficient, and completely dedicated to delivering great service. Their communication was brilliant, and they carry out their work with real integrity and skill. Highly recommended!

I phoned this company on the Thursday morning as our meter wasnt working. The lady on reception was very helpful and booked us in the following day. I had a confirmation email and text with details of engineers name. Later that Thursday the engineer called to say he could visit us that day as near the area. Arrived on time and sorted out the problem replaced our inverter and all working. Would definitely recomend this company.

Good approach to the job. Fully conversant with the setup. Good explanation of the system and where the problem was. Able to provide spare parts and solve the problem on the spot. The only down side was the price of the components which was substantial. The workmanship was very good and the follow up with the customer was very good. Thoroughly recommended.

And relax! My dependable thermal solar panel system has been superb over the years. Was not made aware that it needed servicing by original installer, but a site visit showed we needed a new pump, a flush and new glycol. All completed in good time and system working well. Life saver. Thank you to James.

Speedy service, came out on a Bank holiday Monday. Polite, efficient and sorted the problem. Thankyou.

Quick response and fixed the issue quickly would recommend if you have issues with Solar panels
