Damaged flowers, ripped petals, flowers not dyed properly, TERRIBLE customer service, no resolution. 3 weeks to ship new flowers. Wont be done in time for wedding

The reviews on the website are super suspicious. I don't believe a single legitimate business with over 10,000 reviews would have not a single 1 or 2 star review. Based on all the complaints and horror stories that have been coming out of a bunch of my wedding planning Facebook page I'd say that Sola are lying. The packaging is a joke, good luck getting what you ordered and double good luck that you can speak to customer service. If you do decide to go through with ordering from Sola make sure you do it as soon as you're engaged, as it takes forever to get the wrong order

I have had nothing but problems with this company from the moment I ordered. There were delays and excuses from unhelpful customer service. I was sent the wrong product and it’s been more than three months to receive my order.

I bought a slew of flowers, wood boxes, and dye that came with a free premium greenery pack. Because it came with the free greenery, I didn’t purchase any. However, when the box came there was no greenery kit as promised. It took over 24hrs (of working days) for them to get back to me- contrary to their guarantee and they didn’t give me the promised $10 for that error either. The good thing was they gave me $18 in credits to buy the product that was supposed to be free. The bad news is, that didn’t cover shipping. So I ended up getting a product that was less than promised for more money.

The product I did get was pretty and easy to assemble. One suggestion to improve the company, regardless of the customer service issues, would be to supply free or cheap color samples. Like a pack of petals with a petal of each color so people can physically see and compare the colors they are looking to buy.

Do not under any circumstances buy flowers from these people. I had read how many terrible reviews they got but I brushed them off. I ordered my ready made bouquet ahead of time on July 23, 2024 to be sure they would arrive in time for my October wedding. Never got them…as the rep said they were “lost in transit” and should’ve only taken 7 days to reach me. To top it all off they are extremely slow responding back to you!

No response, no order, scammers took my money 😭

I ordered a trial of flowers, and loved the concept, so I ordered more to make bouquets for my bridesmaids, and a custom one for myself. I never received a receipt or any follow up, so a week later I messaged them, and they told me There is tiny print when you choose that says it can take "up to 14 business days" for a custom order. This is on top of 4-5 days for shipping, so at that point I knew they wouldn't get to me in time, so I asked to just get the other pieces, and was told in no uncertain terms that there was nothing they could do for me, and that there were no refunds, and basically, I'd get it when they felt like it. No refunds, no offers for help, and I had to spend twice as much to get real flowers for my wedding. These ones showed up over a week later in a very damaged box that is now useless to me.

Order arrived two months past original delivery date and stained green from the greenery(these only got worse with time and turned my skin green when handled). I was only offered half of a refund even though all of it was unusable. The package arrived so damaged it was taped back together and a lot of the flowers were crushed past repair, the packaging used is not sufficient to protect their products.
Customer service was aweful to work with, in the same email thread someone different would respond every time and I had to retell my issues each time someone got back to me.

Update: the company hasn't responded to over 100 BBB complaints, but took the time to fight my credit card dispute saying the transaction was valid. Wow. There's a unique cast of pigs running this company.

The flowers were horribly packed. They were in a large box with nothing but one crumbled piece of brown paper. Absolutely nothing else surrounding them. The boutonnieres were wrapped together and got smashed, and green dye bled onto the white flowers. The company won't do anything to rectify this. They do not stand by their satisfaction guarantee.

My experience was awful. Maybe you'll have better luck than me or maybe it will be OK if you do your own (I'm not crafty). All I wanted was the beautiful bouquet on the website and I definitely did NOT get it.

Wires sticking out of 4 flowers, stains (some of which were brownish and others greenish), holes (which they said were natural in wood), 2 flowers with undyed edges, several smashed (they blamed on the shipper but some seemed smashed to me in a way that can't be blamed on shipping). All I wanted was the beautiful bouquet I saw on the website--it was one that was pre-made, I didn't even pick my own colors. They wouldn't exchange for a new one (like mentioned in their guarantee) nor give me a full refund. First offered $20 store credit (not near what I paid and why would I buy anything else from them), then a 50% refund, then a 75% refund. My response was if their product had "normal" and "minimal" damage, why couldn't they "fluff" it (like they said I could) and resell it (remember I bought an already dyed bouquet where they had the theme colors). 😔

I got my flowers 2021 and they still look the same! I love the idea of having an element to keep on my special day! My hesistations quickly went away as their customer service is phenomenal. Great company!
