Sola wood flowers have single handily ruined my wedding planning and have just made me not even want to walk down the aisle. The flowers look terrible, they smell awful, they arrived late and damaged and you can’t hardly get ahold of customer service and when I finally did I’m so serious they basically told me “tough luck” on the $600 plus dollars I spent on ALL my wedding flowers and won’t do anything to help me or fix the problem. I now cannot get flowers for my wedding because I can’t pay another couple hundred dollars and they won’t even get here in time for my May wedding. I am devastated and ultimately heartbroken because I now won’t have flowers for my wedding. These people are disgusting and have taken a part of my wedding that I cannot get back and I will think of this every time I look at my photos or think of my wedding. They should be shut down and thrown in jail. Absolutely disgusting people…

Definitely do not recommend. The majority of flowers were either not cut into petal shapes, making the whole flower look square, or just completely crushed. I ordered them pre-dyed and one of the pinks smelled TERRIBLE, even 5ft away. I contacted them for a return but they refused, said to use baking soda to help with the smell and when I tried to push further with photos of all the damaged flowers they wanted me to give an exact count of every damaged flower and said the way they look is 'normal'.

Order was not on time for wedding. We knew about 2 weeks in advance that it would not arrive on time and they couldn't do anything about it, couldn't refund our order. They have pretty useless customer service and lots of stupid rigid policies. We were out $900

Ordered first week of February. Somehow they “lost” the tracking order. Had to resubmit still in February with their PROMISES over and over that these will get to us in time. The order still says being fulfilled and now they won’t even call me back. I have been very nice to them during this process too. Why lie to me and leave no time for making other plans?
ABSOLUTE DOGWATER
Absolutely terrible and borderline deceptive practices. We ordered a bouquet, they took over a month to ship, and when it arrived, a lot of the flowers were broken, missing petals, and the wrong color. We tried to fix it and ordered yellow sunflowers (the ones in the bouquet were broken and not colored), which took another month. When they arrived, they were on fact not sunflowers, and smelled worse than a poop sewer water. That was the breaking point with them. We contacted them and they said they won't do anything about it because we didn't reach out within 15 days of getting the orders. Only 15 days and they take months to send them! This is also in the fine print in a drop-down on their website, not when you're ordering, which is a deceptive trade practice. In that same drop down, it says they'll replace broken flowers, which of course they're not doing.
Avoid the headache of dealing with them and the headache the smell gives you, and go with a better company for your flowers. This place is dooky!
Satisfaction guarantee is a joke, leadtime unclear & unreliable
Good product & reasonable pricing. But misleading & confusing lead time. Followed by terrible customer service. When ordering corsages & boutonnières for 60 people, I entered the event date (with 34 days lead time). Pkg arrived 4 days after it occurred. They take zero responsibility, would not refund or accept a return, nor any help at all. They should have clearly spelled out their ship-by date when I ordered. We had no flowers for 60 students at a formal event. And no recourse. Only order if you have lots of cushion time and are willing to endure infuriating customer service if anything goes wrong.
Extremely disappointed
I had an extremely disappointing experience. It took approximately one and a half months for my order to be prepared and shipped. In addition, I paid for expedited UPS/FedEx (2–3 day) shipping, yet the package was scheduled to be sent via USPS and was arriving in 10 days. Meaning I am going to receive my orders a few days before the wedding.
The long production delay, combined with the failure to use the shipping method I paid for, is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sola Wood Flowers based on this experience. If you are prepared to wait several months and do not mind waiting until the last minute, you may proceed; otherwise, I would suggest considering other options.
Don't Expect Sunflowers to be Yellow!!!
I placed an order in January for the Sunflower Daze bouquet (check it out on their page) and I ordered custom colors for the arrangement. I even paid extra for them to build it for me because I wanted it perfect. Sunflowers were my mother's favorite and since she is no longer with us, it was my way of having a part of her with me. While I did receive my order, my sunflowers were ivory!!! I contacted customer service and was informed that the colors on the website are for demonstration purposes only and that my custom colors were used. I reminded here that I ordered the Sunflower Bouquet and while I customized the remaining flowers in the bouquet, any reasonable person would expect the sunflowers to be yellow...it's the sunflower bouquet. Instead of honoring their policy of "DEDICATED TO SATISFACTION If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right," she began to argue with me...to the point were I stated that I would just have to dispute it with my bank!!! I then attempted to leave a review on the page just so that future brides will know that #SunflowerDaze does not mean you will get yellow sunflowers...I wish someone had informed me, but customers cannot leave reviews on the page. It appears that the company cherry pick reviews that are only favorable to them!!!! A google search revealed true reviews and I caution every bride to read them before purchasing. The company is not honorable and you will not be satisfied with their customer service. They do not care about the customer; this one of example of many clearly shows.
Not what I ordered/damaged/customer service sucks
Unfortunately, my experience mirrors a lot of others here. I placed an order on December 27th/2025 for a medium bridal bouquet - and had them assemble it for me. In the order form youre given 5 color choices. I chose three of one specific color (black) because I wanted the majority of the bouquet to be black. And then with the remaining 2 choices I added gray and burgundy. Hoping they would basically be accent colors (2/5 of the bouquet). I FINALLY received my order today (February 3rd/2026), opened it up and first thing I noticed was that the 3 colors were all in there in equal numbers. So NOT majority black like i ordered.
Second thing I noticed was nearly all the flowers that were closest to the top of the box are damaged. Broken, paint missing etc. Now.. I think with some time and patience I could fix these up good enough that you wouldn't notice. But still, I didnt want more work to do.
I also noticed that the extra $10 I paid for the vibrant dye (or whatever they call it) went to waste. They used the same dye i would have gotten had i not paid the extra fee.
I sent a text msg to customer support asking about these issues. Their response was to do what I had already explained I did on the initial order (fill 3 color options in with the same color), showing they either didnt read, or didnt understand what i wrote. When I told them I had done that already and got what I got. They then said to just order flowers separately and build it myself.
So.. no apology for THEIR screw up. No help with fixing it. No nothing. Just getting told to order more and try again.
Not happy about that. Id save your money and go elsewhere.
I do have an aside point to anyone still wanting to risk it though... I didn't get what I ordered, they were damaged and customer service sucks. But I have to say, even still, the flowers are very pretty. Ill likely just put them in a vase on my kitchen table. Im just really disappointed that I'm back to square one with my bridal bouquet with the deadline looming. And out nearly $100 (CAD).

I ordered the free sample because I wanted to see the quality before ordering for a wedding. Paid only the shipping, Never received the product but they won't refund me the shipping because they said it shipped. They are aware that I never received the product because on the shipping it shows I never received. If you need them for a wedding, go elsewhere. If I can't get the samples, how will it be for orders?

Beautiful flowers! I ordered 200 flowers (random assortment)and stems, 100 of them raw, along with 50 pre-dyed in wheat and another pre-dyed 50 in blue. Also ordered pre-arranged flowers to attach to an arch. They arrived on time, in tact, with the colors as expected. It was very simple to glue to the stems, and they provide easy to follow video instructions on the website. And they will last! Suggest: #1 getting free samples beforehand to ensure the color is what you want #2 researching the website for information #3 when ordering, adding the option to soften the flowers (makes it easier to attach the stems). Very pleased with the outcome and HIGHLY recommend!

Do not order from Sola Wood Flowers. This company is unreliable at best and dishonest at worst.
I ordered 3” Classic Daisy flowers and my order confirmation was correct. When my order arrived on January 20, I instead received 1.5” Autumn Sunflowers — a completely different product.
The flowers were packaged in plastic bags grouped by 20, and each bag was labeled “Autumn Sunflower,” with the name crossed out using black Sharpie. This was not a simple mistake or mislabeling — it appeared to be a deliberate attempt to hide that the wrong flowers were sent.
They advertise 2-day shipping, yet I placed my order on January 8 and didn’t receive anything until January 20.
Customer service was just as bad. I called twice, waited roughly 20 minutes each time, and was sent to voicemail. When they finally responded by email, they misrepresented the issue as “missing items,” even though the problem was clearly that they sent the wrong product.
After this experience, I checked the Better Business Bureau. According to the BBB (screenshot available), Sola Wood Flowers is not accredited, has an F rating, and shows over 150 complaints, with 148 marked as failures to respond. Unfortunately, my experience fits that pattern exactly.
This was a time-sensitive order, and instead of accountability, transparency, or urgency, I experienced delays, deflection, and what felt like intentional deception. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company with any important or deadline-driven order.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Terrible company and customer service. Received poor quality products with broken flowers and a bouquet that looked nothing as described. Chair decor looked like something from dollar tree. Missing table runner. Broken flowers revived for cake topper and customer service has done nothing but run me around in circles. They said no returns after 15 days but it took me almost 6 weeks to even get the crappy product. They have an F and terrible reviews on the BBB too

If I could leave 0 I would I ordered a bouquet early October for my wedding at the end of Oct no where did it say it would take over two weeks in fact it said fast shipping which is why I ordered. I got an email from them 2 weeks later that said they would start working on my flowers and I would get it by October 31st I immediately messaged them which mind you is ridiculous in itself it took them several days to respond. I told them to cancel my order as my wedding was October 26th and the flowers would be useless. I paid 170.96 for my bouquet and two diy ones they told me since they started working on my flowers they could t cancel my order!!!! If I would have known it would take nearly two weeks for them to even start working on my order I would have never ordered their website should have in big words shipping is not fast it will be a month before you get your custom order!! Now I'm 2.5 months later trying to dispute the charge and to make it worse I paid in full and they took another 43 dollars out and said I owe on affirm even though my bank account shows I already paid. I'm so livid right now, I've literally never experienced this horrible of customer service I've never disputed anything in my life. My wedding was supposed to be happy and I shouldn't have had to stress about my flowers and the whole time I scrambling trying to find another bouquet when I already paid 170 I had to spend more money I didn't have because I already reached my budget for my wedding!! I do not recommend anyone buy from them unless you want shitty service and a company who doesn't put customers first and make it right

DO NOT ORDER!!!! My order never shipped (tracking shows still at facility and not picked up). Customer Service won’t give me a refund, only a credit plus 10% which will not even get me my original order because they won’t honor the sale prices when my order was placed on 11/11/25. Terrible customer service and now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for my wedding over the weekend—when they weren’t even open—and emailed moments after placing it to request a few changes. Instead of helping, I was told the order was “already in production.” How is that even possible? This was a DIY order, meaning someone actually has to prepare it, and the business was closed the entire time. The explanation makes absolutely no sense.
I was simply trying to add items for my wedding, and instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was met with zero flexibility and poor customer service. Rather than acknowledging the timing or making any effort to help, they gave an excuse that doesn’t add up at all.
This is not how you treat customers—especially those ordering for something as important as a wedding. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, and future customers should think twice before ordering.

Granted I impulse purchased quickly, but i spent $100 for $25 worth of Michaels products and a crafts project with no way to return. If i wanted a kids craft project i would have gone down the street, i wanted professional, nice flowers for the wedding - what an epic waste of money. Their overhead is insane
