I was looking for a quick sale on my house and there was interest right away
Although there was some issues along the way it was handled very quickly and always on a ASAP principle

Ella the representative I dealt with personally was ultra professional .. would regularly update me on any developments keeping me aware of the situation and anything I should be dealing with .. kept the ball rolling at all times

Having lost 2 purchases and faced moving into rental accommodation to protect our sale, we viewed a property through Sold.co.uk. Dahnish promptly organised our viewing and answered our initial enquiries; suggesting we could swiftly conclude the purchase without the need to rent. Whilst we were sceptical, we put our faith in the Sold.co.uk team!

Hector then managed our purchase progress. Nothing was too much trouble (he was dealing with a couple of “oldies”) but was polite, efficient, responsive and proactive.

We are seriously impressed by the service we received. Cannot thank both Hector and Dahnish enough for helping us secure a beautiful home.

Our first home was with Sold , Hector was so supportive and they helped the buying process to happen very quickly, Hector was chasing the bits and pieces and organised everything in the right direction.Thank you Sold team .

On 16th of March 2026 I wrang the sold uk number only to be greated by an artificial intelligent. After a bit of waffle from the AI I waited a few hours then wrang again. When I got through the AI asked if they would ring my number NOTHING ALL DAY 24 hours later they ring to late now not interested to my mind this company is a waste of time. RUBBISH AND RUDE.

Great communication throughout my dealings with this company. Hector went above and beyond to get my purchase completed he is a true asset to the company!

I would highly recommend sold.co.uk to anyone looking at purchasing or selling a property.

Unfortunately I had dealings with a thoroughly nasty salesperson from this company today.
I made an enquiry via Rightmove about a house they have advertised for sale.
A couple of hours later I got a phone call from a man who said he was calling from sold.co.uk - he asked me financial information to qualify me as a buyer, which is fair enough - however as I explained to the salesperson, I was in the supermarket and didn't want to give out that information in a crowded public place.
That was obviously like a red rag to a bull for this man who became thoroughly nasty, telling me in a raised voice that he refused to make any appointment for me, he again demanded to know how much money I had - and asked how much I had in the bank.
I again told him that I was in the supermarket and could he email me any questions?
More shouting and nastiness - culminating in 'You can f*** off then' and the phone call disconnected.

Arranged viewings and then cancelled them last minute as the viewer turned up to our house, leading us to do the viewings ourselves before another viewer tuned up which we had not been informed about.
Told us they would take a 2 grand profit from our sale and we would get the rest. Turned out to be £5k, so we were completely lied to.
Also told all the viewings would be done in one day, and if it didn't sell in 30 days, they'd advertise it to their big catalogue of regular house buyers. All lies.
Honestly do not waste your time. Communication was poor, they would leave voicemails saying they'd sent an email but there was no email, even after confirming with them the correct email. Just shambles and a complete waste of our time. Selling a house is hard and they just made it 10x harder.

I was with an estate agent that wasn't really pushing my property, so I spoke to Sold.co.uk for advice. I was put in contact with Ella Seki, right from the beginning she was extremely professional, helpful and guided me through the whole process of selling my property. She was extremely proactive during the sale of the property ensuring all documents from all parties was in place, she kept me updated throughout. If you choose Sold.co.uk ask for Ella Seki.

We had a real challenge selling my flat, with management companies taking forever to provide information and being largely unhelpful, which had already resulted in 2 different sales that fell through. So I turned to Sold afterwards for attempt number 3, and they were fantastic. Our sales negotiator, Ella Seki, was excellent, staying in constant contact, providing updates, chasing things up, and ensuring that the process was followed through, which meant we finally completed on the sale! Genuinely a great help. Thankyou!

Had a quite good experience with them in the process of buying a property, especially with Hector who was very professional and helpful and also always easy to reach.

As a home buyer, interested in a property for sale. I rang this company multiple times both on 0800 566 8490 and 020 3840 3803. Both phone numbers habe the exact same response and annoying process! Have to say, I don't appreciate being met with an AI (artificial intelligence) robot voice calling herself 'Rebecca'! Only to have to wait on the phone to be eventually put through to receptionist who knew nothing about the listed property. Stay clear of this estate agent, there's nothing personable about their service whatsoever. There's no one in the office and the phone auto messages are extensively annoying. My advice is find and deal with another agency, where human being estate agents are in the office and can answer your questions when you call. Wouldn't recommend this company one bit. And lastly I never understand why home sellers don't use a local agent to the area where their home sale is, instead of using an agent at the other end of the country, such as this one. And who quite frankly can't even be bothered to answer the phone properly.

And as for replies from Sold.co.uk about thier phone 0800 566 8490. You will find there is no better service either.

I will start by saying Sold themselves are great and in particular Ella Seki is fantastic and without her support, there is no way we would have got the sale over the line. Their communication was good and they kept us and the buyer up to date throughout. The reason for the low score is purely down to the solicitor that they recommended we use. We were assured Ackroyd would be good if we wanted it to go through quickly because they were in the same building and a deal was offered by using them with it being included in their fees. This was a huge mistake and by the end of it even Sold I feel regretted this advice! So go with Sold, but under no circumstances go with their recommendation of Ackroyd, choose your own solicitor.

Hector has been great throughout the whole process of purchase. In an already-lengthy process, I have no doubt that were he not involved, apparent communication issues between solicitors would have added weeks if not months to the process.

Ella Seki was VERY VERY helpful with the whole process of selling our property and we can't praise her enough, if we could give her 10 stars we would.
