Lied lied and lied
Arranged viewings and then cancelled them last minute as the viewer turned up to our house, leading us to do the viewings ourselves before another viewer tuned up which we had not been informed about.
Told us they would take a 2 grand profit from our sale and we would get the rest. Turned out to be £5k, so we were completely lied to.
Also told all the viewings would be done in one day, and if it didn't sell in 30 days, they'd advertise it to their big catalogue of regular house buyers. All lies.
Honestly do not waste your time. Communication was poor, they would leave voicemails saying they'd sent an email but there was no email, even after confirming with them the correct email. Just shambles and a complete waste of our time. Selling a house is hard and they just made it 10x harder.
