I ordered a shoe from your website sole footwear on 2nd of February 2020 I haven’t received an email from you to confirm the order and haven’t receive the order yet???

Two months after buying some expensive leather shoes I had holes in my soles. I was given a plethora of excuses, no returns policy online because I had bought instore, and finally told I had worn them too much. They havent been worn since and are still in warranty but Sole don't give two hoots about consumer rights or customer service. Look through the customer posts on Facebook and you'll many examples where they ignore any aftersales issues. Spend your money somehwere else!

Order delivered within 48 hours and as per requirement. Great service and price.

Shoes were delivered quickly however when they arrived they were the wrong size, a 4 not a 5 as requested. I sent an email explaining the error and received a call back from the customer service team which I thought was a nice touch. However I was told that I had received what I had ordered, a size 5. As the shoes were in US size only a quick check on the internet confirmed them to be a 4 however the lady on the phone was adamant that the US size translated to a 5. My version of Google must obviously be different to theirs!!! On top of this I have the exact same pair of shoes at home in a different colour and the ones Sole sent were blatantly smaller than my ones at home. I was offered another pair from one of their stores however if they are adamant that this pair of size 4s are a 5 then I dread to think what I would get next! Took back to one of their shops were a full refund was given without any questions asked. Don't think I would order again from Sole, will buy from store if required in future.

Ordered a pair of uggson a Friday afternoon, received them in the Channel Islands on the following Tuesday, fast postage, well wrapped, great communication, all round excellent service

I was buying some shoes for my husband and he chose the ones he wanted but they didn't have his size in store. So the lady ordered them for us there in the store on the Wednesday and they were delivered to my home by Friday lunch time, free of charge.
So, very happy with the service!

Size wasn't available so placed an order in store on the Thursday and delivered to my office the next day. What more can you ask for......and a SALE shoe at that.

Wanted school shoes Dr Martins shoe style £79.99 in black not in stock went to Office & , Schuh over £15 more expensive Went back to Sole tried on the other colour to check size ordered and paid for black ones no p&p arrived in two days

I bought Kenzo trainers in the Sole sake. They were an excellent price for too designer trainers. They were delivered to my local store in Cardiff by courier very quickly. I am very pleased with Sole's service!

I recieved my order as promised but when I opened the parcel the box had what looked like A dirty coffee cup stain on the top which I thought was a bit out of order. I asked my friends at work if they would be happy with that and they said NO they could have put the shoes in A clean box.

The shoes I had ordered were delivered on time. When I opened the box, she shoes are some marks on the side of the sole, clearly indicating these shoes had been worn/ tried on before and returned. The shoes were the correct size and fitted so I did not bother returning them. Disappointing though.

I ordered store collection, however was told by DPD they were delivering to my home. It apparently was delivered and signed for, but I have not been told where! DPD say they sent to address directed, so apparently not their fault. Sole have not replied to the online query I completed. The order email is a no reply address, so I'm rather at a loss.

Ultimately the product was faulty and the resolution will take approximately 14 days, hence my experience was influenced by this negative outcome.
