Me contestaron rapidamente con la solicitud de un seguimiento en mi pedido

They’re a scam, they will refuse to give you a refund and think you’re satisfied with the $6 you do get back but try to layer it with “store credit” I’m very upset and have been ignored for a whole week. They are not much help over the phone and superiors don’t want to talk to you or help.

Good customer support

I was charged for extra things that I did not approve of. I actually didn't order anything from this company but I was charged by them. The company did reach back out to me after my request for a refund and asked for me to give them 4 or 5 stars for being good people and refunding me. I will not be buying from them again and will not give them 4 or 5 stars just because. 3 is what I'll change my review to because they did respond saying they'd refund me.

Thank you for helping me to solve my problem I trust them

Muchas gracias por la atención recibida se los agradezco y quedo satisfecha por su pronta respuesta linda noche
