Disnt order anything and got charged now my paypal account is all kinds of messed up!

I was signed up for this service without notice and charged immediately. I requested cancelation and refund, and they said it was requested. I was sent an email by Rico on their escalation team, requesting this review to be done. So far, that email was the only good part of my experience. We'll see if the refund happens or if i have to dispute it with my bank

Total disgusto con lo sucedido
Trato de hacer una compra no se profesa y me rebajan un monto considerable de dinero en una tarjeta que ni pedí comprar me lo hace automático y no me parece correcto.

Agradezco que me reembolsarian el dinero y ojalá en futuro tenga u a mejor experiencia

Paid for something I thought would be sent to my address. It was advertised & I never received the product. A couple days later a payment was taken out of my account & a month later the same thing. I never knew this was a membership/ subscription & would like to be refunded.

No es lo que ofrecen, según me gane un frigobar de Coca-Cola nunca llegó, la segunda vez un kit de viaje de Volaris jamás lo recibí eso sí cargaron a mi cuenta tres cobros consecutivos, porque desde un principio no aclaran el fraude o robo 😡🤬

This has been a pain in the but about a membership scam I didn’t agree to hopefully it’s resolved now so I don’t have to pressure legal actions

Customer service from Jeremy was 1st rate. When I discovered I was being charged a monthly fee after the purchase of a pair of shit shoes- I went understandably out of my body. I contacted them because the shoes didn’t fit. Continental sizing not being universal. So the cheap shoes wouldn’t fit and I wanted to exchange them. No such luck, but I could get a refund if I sent a photo of the shoes on my feet- well, they don’t go in my feet. Then I discovered, months after throwing out the shoes- that I’ve been charged a monthly fee- for what? I don’t know. Now I’m told, to accept the refund I have to write a review for “Jeremy”. So here it is. It’s extortion. Stay away from this company.
