I don't know how this company is still in business, who gives a Cad 300 invoice and changes Cad 750?
Beware and stay away from this unlawful company!

Our deadline to close this house is in 5 hours and NO APPRAISER HAS SHOWN UP. We have failed to meet the conditions to buy this house and that is Solidifi's fault.

A few days after we paid the Solidifi invoice to have the appraisal done we found out that they never even contacted any of the realtors involved.

I don't know how these people sleep at night......please don't make the same mistake we did.

They are involved in unlawful activities, stay away from them. They got access to 2 of my credit cards and they started using and charging them without my consent and authorization. I contacted them to resolve this issue but I was yelled at and they told me they are not going to refund the money they took out of my accounts illegally. When I told them I am not authorizing you to use my credit cards, they told me they do not need my authorization as they have to authorize it! Unprofessional, unethical, unlawful, someone must stop this company from their unlawful actions. All other reviews are self explanatory of this business. Please shut them down, legal system please re-act and shut this unlawful firm down.

Took 6months to actually close on a refi from a land contract. They kept telling my lender that they had been trying to contact me and the sellers when none of us had received an email or a phone call from anyone at their office. When I called directly, the people I needed to talk to were always busy and never returned my calls. For the first couple of months they had the closing amounts off by over $165,000. Horrible title company. Would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!

As a former appraiser, I can tell you that they are all about the dollar at Solidifi. THEIR dollar. The pressured me to overlook problems, asked me to fill out forms that weren't appropriate, argued with me constantly, told me to be available holidays, weekends, etc. WORST AMC OUT THERE. AVOID AT ALL OPPORTUNITY

Looking for adequate response times with information that proves to you your business is important? Do you want a company who will actually adequately investigate issues as they arise? A company who will do their best to meet appointments and will look into at least one avenue to resolve your file? Well look no further!

Er, no, what I mean is Well no! Look further!

This company will refuse to do any leg work whatsoever until your situation has resolved itself. Did it close? Great! Did it not close and instead languish in purgatory until someone did the slightest amount of work and either killed it or finally made it happen? Meh, fine, whatever.

This company is infuriatingly incompetent. I've been trying to find out if an appointment (which has been bounced around for a week now because they refuse to reach out to anyone, and I don't have enough information to get around them) will happen today or not and they keep giving me a passive aggressive run around.

I would rather trust a rabid coyote to handle ALL elements of this process over this company.

And if they respond to this they'll try to say they didn't have enough information to process my request, or that they tried but couldn't reach someone or whatever, but I can tell you from the communications we've exchanged today that they've actually written back refusing to look into it any further. Had they actually attempted to get a hold of someone that would be something, but they won't even do that.

Incompetent, lazy, and unwilling to do anything but collect a check.

If you're using Chase to finance your mortgage, be wary. They use Solidifi for their appraisals and this company sucks at it. Not only do they calculate your property's worth far below what it should be, but they also have many pages of complaints with the BBB. I had to hire a local appraiser in order to contest their erroneous appraisal. The appraiser I hired came back with an appraisal $40k higher than Solidifi's. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The assessor for Solidifi reported my conod as a 4 room unit with 1BR and 1bath, when it is a 5 room unit with 2 BR and 1 bath. He reported a home value significantly below the actual value of my home, and my mortgage company would not allow me to refinance based on this erroneous information. I am extremely unhappy with this company, but I have no choice in the assessor that my mortgage company utilizes. I may shop around for refinancing, but will be sure to research the assessor before choosing another mortgage company

An appraiser from this company, appraised my property with the lowest value possible. Prior to appraisal, I had search the surrounding areas and visited some of the newer upcoming communities near by...finding that my property was comparable to the properties starting at 300k.

This is definitely a cookie cutter operation. Appraisals are performed with the lowest effort possible. My home details in the appraisal were incorrect. Almost like it was another house.

This was the company that the finance company works with for appraisal and wow talk about super poor communication and responsiveness. Realize some time is needed for once appraisal in person is done to write the report but more than 10 days - wow! We had to keep asking for updates when they should have been providing updates. Would be no response or delayed in getting any informaton

This is one if the worst title companies you can deal. I was forced by Amerisave to work with this company. They can not even get things straight and they wanted me to do their job because they were short handed.
They keep asking about an HELOC with Wachovia, are yhey the only ones that don’t know yhat they were nought by Wells Fargo. I gave to call WF myself to reach to them. Unbelievable, thank uou Wells Fargo in my case very efficient.
If they tell you Solidify run , I was approved in 2 weeks except for the title and Solidify.

What a clown show. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. The mortgage company chose these guys for my refi - I should have researched them, they have terrible reviews online. I just got off the phone for them regarding the disbursement of funds - my third time talking to them in the last two days. They were supposed to disburse two days ago, but they've sat on their hands doing who knows what, but definitely not disbursing my funds. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. You can find much better title companies than Solidifi.
