Excellent, replys are immediate. Very good range of options, and a very wide range of agents. If you want it you can get it! Pretty cheap too!

Speedy and helpful process for getting a bespoke desk made! Really quick responses, had a desk order all sorted (with samples) within 24hrs. Website has lots of useful information and good example images.

Their website had a LOT of information that I firstly didn't consider when coming up with a custom table idea, which really helped to narrow down my preferences and finalise the drawings. Once I submitted the drawings Joe in less than 24h (note, on Saturday) got back to me and connected me to one of their suppliers closest to where I live. I am now going through the process with their supplier of ordering the samples of different finishes but Solid Wood Tops were really easy to work with, great work team!

Really appreciated how simple the ordering process was and how much useful information was on the website. The images of the different edge/finish options were really helpful, as were the FAQ articles about wood type, recommended depth etc. My order has now gone to their partner firm to be made up, but so far I am very happy with my experience.

Having decided to replace a table top we found the website easy to use with clear instructions to create an order. A local tradesman was found very quickly and the whole process was very smooth and we were kept informed throughout.

Excellent service that was very easy to use, despite initially feeling overwhelmed at the thought of buying a seperate top to the legs I already owned. Their site contains lots of valuable articles and information to help you decide from the myriad of customization they offer.

Once I had placed an order for my exact specifications, they emailed me the following day with a breakdown of their partnered company who would be carrying out the order. I feel safe in the knowledge that I will be getting a reliable piece of furniture that will last for many years (without bowing in the middle), and I look forward to receiving my finished desk.

Great customer support experience with Joe, he provided two quotes for me when I had a request for a higher thickness of wood, and it was clear to me that I'm free to cancel the order at any point with no questions asked. Have not received the desktop yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the product — will update this once it has been received.

A great website / concept - lots of good advice on what to think about when ordering a desktop. Worth taking your time over this to think about all the options which are all well explained. The actual order process was simple and I received a prompt replies confirming my order and then the selected partner. Order will take 3 to 6 weeks but sometimes it's worth waiting for quality. Looking forward to fitting it to my new standing desk base.

Very nice wooden desk

I waited to post this until I'd received and tried out my new desk for a bit. It was just as expected and looks beautiful (pine with extra durable finish, no stain). The ordering process was simple and the workshop was made in the cellar, who were a little slow to respond sometimes but always got back to me in the end and got me the desk on time.

Very clear, great flexibility, and the order was routed to a partner in less than 24 hours. The website also had a great blog section that helped me figure out what I needed to order - for example, how thick the desk top needed to be given the width I was requesting.
