I never got an approval or a denial

I never got an approval or a denial. I recieved numerous emails from womply stating my application is under review.
And now, I am getting emails to apply for forgiveness on a ppp I never recieved.

VERY DISSATISFIED

I've been having trouble trying to download certain documents. It keeps telling me my access is denied to my own account. Im also having trouble with my banking and funding. You NEVER get to talk to a live person. When you click on the live chat, they don't respond until 48 hours later. Im just disgusted with this process overall!!!
