This was the first time I use the site. The service was user friendly and I was able to understand the requirements and the process was updated and informative. Reminders were sent out to let you know the status of your loan at all times. This was a good experience for me.

Overall: Great! I got a PPP loan and it was a pretty seamless process. The platform generally worked well and I had few issues navigating it myself.

One area of concern: I Wish the support team had more information regarding the full process. I inquired with support about loan forgiveness multiple times and they simply kept stating you need to contact the lender directly. They also told me my lender's contact information was on the documentation I had received. It was not. I got my lender's contact information via google but could never reach them.

Eventually Womply just sent me automated emails and texts regarding forgiveness, even though the support team made no mention of this in my email communications with them. I used that information to finish my PPP loan forgiveness successfully.

The experience was professional and moreso a financial blessing to my business. The online customer experience was informative and useful throughout the process. I consider it an honor for choosing WOMPLY. I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

I received a PPP loan through the SBA back in April, they released the funds to Benworth fiancials within 2 days. Benworth has been holding onto my loan funds from the government for over 3 months. I was told I had to contact womply who cut off their phone lines leaving only email to find help, which, of the close to 50 emails sent to them, I did not receive one response to help resolve any issue I could possibly have. By them holding onto my funds I completely missed the opportunity for my second draw. all I ever received was automatic reply with no helpful info at all. Because of this company's lack of knowledge I missed out on whatever little help I could have received from the government to keep my company a float. I have since lost my apartment, most my customers, all my employees, and am sleeping on a friend's couch. . I pray there is a lawyer out there willing to help me out.

I have now lost everything...

I didn't receive anything so I'm not sure why I'm even getting this email from yall And I stopped getting the email notifications so I'm not sure what happened with the loan I never heard back from anyone and all my information was sent over
