This company isn’t real, I made a mistake of placing an order for cervical spine pillows and then they signed me up for a membership. Why do you need to pay $40 a month for a pillow membership, I tried to cancel it but there’s no correspondence I called my bank to order stop pay to make sure that I don’t get charged monthly. Hopefully, I will get my refund for the products that I’m sure I will never receive.Ill gladly change this review if they actually answer me and cancel my order, I’ve never experienced a website that doesn’t have an automatic correspondence email ready when you try to cancel or submit a refund. No phone number, and they tricked me with a too good to be true 5mins left to order. I tried to Google their address and it just gives me suggestions for places nearby, don’t order from this place and report them to Google. There’s no follow up email once I cancel the membership that I didn’t sign up for. I want my $153.70 back and this shameful scammer to disappear.

I’m updating. I did receive my package, it had a hole in the plastic bag where all 4 pillows were packed, they were slightly damp but fine. After emailing for 3 days straight they responded after I told them I posted a review here. As for the membership, if you ordered from them and can’t get in touch just call your bank or credit card and they will block them from charging you in the future. Over all the pillows are fine but this company poses lots of red flags in my opinion

I bought a knee brace true aling knee brace almost 30 days ago as soon as I got it I tried it on and It doesn’t fit it, is poorly made. I requested to return it and my money back. The website is offering a coupon some money off the price. I keep emailing the company and no answer as to my request for money back and address to return the item. Do not buy from this company it is a rip off they have no customer service there is no response when trying to return items, poorly made probably from China do lot waste your money!!!!!

Actually, I bought a pair of NatureLink grounding shoes and have tried to contact them several times. They have failed to respond any time. The telephone number is bogus because all it says is to reach out via email. I have done this to no avail! THE SHOES ARE TOO SMALL.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM SOLOSOOTHE!!!!! I continue to get charged monthly, I have reached out to customer support SEVERAL times with no response and they keep charging me. I have already sought legal council so if I get charged again I will start a legal process for Montana as I see that they already have legal issues in other states.

STAY FAR AWAY, do not order anything from them. SCAM!!!

The knee brace received is acceptable, however the plastic inserts keep breaking and more are needed. There is no way to contact the company except via email that is never responded to and then your credit card gets hit with a recurring "rewards" charge even after the "subscription" is canceled. I called the phone number that appears of the credit card charge and it goes to a voice mail box. The 30 day money back guarantee is useless as the product must be unused and in original packaging.

DO NOT ORDER. Solosoothe is running a scam. I ordered the bed grounding sheets. They took my money and never sent the product. They claim it was a third party miscommunication. When I track my order, they changed my order date to a month later and status says order placed but never shows in transit. There is no phone number to contact someone and I tried reaching via support email and they don’t respond.

This company is sneaky. When you buy anything, without your knowledge they add free trail rewards that you wouldn’t know about until you get charged $29.99 monthly. The biggest scam, fraud Chinese company I have ever came across. Do not buy anything from them. You will get scammed. Also they don’t send you new items. They send used items in a ziplock bag. Absolutely scumbags without any care or remorse towards buyers. That write that 40,000 satisfies costumers. Maybe 40 customers only. They say in their website 5 out of 5 rating. Trust Pilot and Google review have them 2.6 poor.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased this back in April 2024 because of constant neck issues. The massager is no different than one I already have. I contacted Solo Soothe to return it, they offered to just charge me for half to keep the item. But I did not want it, so they later sent me a return label. I returned the massager in early June but received no credit or notification that it was even received. When I was originally charged, the receipt did not show the amount I was actually billed until I got my credit card statement for $129.99. I though that was steep but then I received my May statement showing that I was charged an additional $29.99. Since then, I have been billed $29.99 each month and I can't get them to stop. I've emailed, AND SENT THE PRODUCT BACK but have received no response. I contacted my credit card company who can only refund but can't stop the charges. I am not sure how they've gotten away with this and would have never agreed to being billed monthly for a massager. Please steer clear of this business.

Ordered a knee brace. They said 7 to 10 days for delivery. That was April 27th. It's now May 18th and no brace. Next to impossible to get information on this shipment. I will just send it back when and if it ever arrives.

This product is fraudulently advertised. It doesn't even fit your shoulders. The bottom two pieces that are suppose to kneed below your shoulder blades are not long enough. I have a previous shiatsu, shoulder machine and it works great but I love the idea of the two extra arms for below the shoulder blades. Well, let me tell you, don't waste your money. So I wrote customer service for a refund as there is a 30 day money back guarantee and they asked me to provide videos from all different angles like I am some kind of director. Save your money and STAY AWAY! terrible customer service to match their lousy product.
