Spent €200 message was not home for delivery was not delivered to alternate station for pickup. Never have responded. Bought in July now December. No website /no customer service/ no possible way to contact. Basically robbed me of my $ .So hard
To trust anyone online purchases. Only majors. Sad when you want to support small biz and experiences like this deter you from doing so.

Les maillots sont très mal coupés… ils ne correspondent en rien aux photos sur le site et sont tout simplement importables. Le tissu est tellement transparent qu’ils sont livrés avec des caches tétons… ils refusent tout retour

I returned my order and now they stopped answering me… I am missing 120€ and no chance for me to get my money back.

I wish I'd had read these reviews BEFORE I purchased. False advertising does not even come close.

I purchased two swimsuits, the black Lena - does not tan through at all, not one big completely false. Not only that but private areas are not private in this excuse for a swimsuit.

When contacting about the Scarlet swimsuit, I had not worn and requested a return and refund. I have emailed multiple times to which not response was met.

Absolutely avoid this company is the best advise you could receive.

Completely see-through. When I saw the nipple covers I knew I had made a mistake.
Waste of money and tried to contact them for a refund but did not get a reply.

Mangelhafte Qualität. Bei Rücksendung wird man vertröstet. Erst nach mehrfachem Anfragen die Rücksendeadresse herausgegeben. Dann zahlt man den Versand in die Schweiz (versichert und mit Sendungsverfolgung ca 20€)
Dann keine Rückzahlung der Ware.

Jetzt soll ich auch noch für Zollgebühren aufkommen? Was für ein Laden.

Une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre zéro.
Toujours en attente du remboursement de ma commande depuis plus d un mois . C’est une pure anarque les maillots sont mal taillés et transparents.
Tout un périple pour se faire rembourser malgré les instructions claires. C’est tout simplement du vol !!!

Zéro pointé ne fonctionne pas du tout et en plus c est très mal coupé ça pendouille aux fesses et c est tellement transparent qu ils t envoient des caches tétons ignobles produit envoye de Chine

Passez votre chemin, maillot de bain mal fini absolument pas trans bronzant transparent+++

Des maillots de bain très mal fini, pas de réel taille, ça baille, c'est transparent, les modèles ne correspondent pour certains même pas aux photos du site, et pour finir niveau bronzage il n'a même pas l'effet escompté, une arnaque. Pour finir, j'avais commandé en taille M, le service courtois a bien fait comprendre que le retour sera à mes frais et très cher car aux US (pas légal pour une commande France et aucune indication la dessus sur le site internet ni dans les CGV), mais que je pouvais gratuitement recevoir la taille en dessous. Mais la taille en dessous est en fait identique à celle du dessus, et tout aussi horrible à porter..

Absolutely shocking service. Upon receipt of my swimwear I was shocked at the poor quality, totally see and arrived with rubber nipple covers with each item. I returned my items straight away at cost to myself. Return was tracked and arrived within 7days. It is now over 30days I have sent several emails and still waiting for my refund.

Am 2. August bestellt und jetzt 1 Monat später noch immer nichts bekommen. Die Sendungsverfolgung zeigt seitdem auch keinen Fortschritt! Hab das Problem bei PayPal gemeldet, oder besser gesagt melden wollen. Es kam eine Antwort des Verkäufers (so schnell, dass es nur eine automatische sein kann!), dass sie sich um die rasche Problemlösung kümmern werden. Ich glaub nicht daran, denn die E-Mail-Adresse hat bisher schon nicht funktioniert (bei Nachrichten über das Formular auf der Homepage bekam man die Meldung, dass sie die Nachricht erhalten haben, aber sonst passierte nichts! Wenn ich die gleiche E-Mail-Adresse von meinem Account angeschrieben habe, kam sofort eine Fehlermeldung; E-Mail nicht zustellbar!) und jetzt gibt es nicht einmal mehr die Homepage!!! Einfach weg! Leider hab ich mich vom angeblichen Firmensitz in der Schweiz täuschen lassen und die Bewertungen hier erst zu spät gelesen! Sicherlich werde ich jetzt nicht verarmen, aber ich verschenke nicht gern € 36,-! Ich hoffe ich kann das Problem dann später noch einmal bei Paypal melden. Vielleicht bekomme ich ja dann mein Geld zurück!

I ordered 3 bikinis on the 17th of July and since the 19th of July the status on the order is "this shipment is on its way" When I try to check it further it seems like the order is at the warehouse waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I´ve tried to send numerous of e-mails to more than one e-mail adress but I´ve not received any reply.
I´m very disappointed and frustrated because of this and would not recommend this company to anyone.
I´m willing to change this review if the service improves and I get some answers.

Material schlecht und die Passform noch schlechter. Keine möglichkeit mehr mit der Firma in Kontakt zu treten. Vorsicht nicht kaufen!

Totale Abzocke. Meine Frau hat 2 Bikinis bestellt, beide sind qualitativ minderwertig. Rücksendungen sind nur nach der Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice möglich, da die Rücksendeadresse nirgendwo angegeben ist. Auf unsere Nachfrage beim Kundenservice haben wir anstelle einer Rücksendeadresse ein unverschämtes Angebot erhalten. Auf weitere Mails gab es keine Antwort. Der Fall landet jetzt beim Paypal-Käuferschutz und der Verbraucherschutzzentrale.

Malísima, no compréis nada. El día 05/08/25 me entregaron el pedido y, con las mismas, pedí la devolución por emails. Nunca me han respondido, están dejando pasar los 30 días para decirle que después no se puede. Ayer les puse una reclamación con PayPal. Las telas son malísimas, transparentes y las tallas mal cortadas y pequeñas.

Des maillots absolument horribles. Aussitôt reçus ,aussitôt renvoyés . J'ai juste ouvert et bien sûr pas du tout essayés. Ils disent remboursement. Non seulement ils ne m'ont pas remboursée mais en plus je m'en suis sortie avec 14 € de frais d'envoi pour la poste. Passez votre chemin

Ja nicht kaufen... Bikini komplett durchsichtig, Oberteil viel zu klein. Besser sofort in FKK strand gehen...

De huid wordt niet bruin onder de bikini, wat er beweerd wordt. Geen aanrader.
