De huid wordt niet bruin onder de bikini, wat er beweerd wordt. Geen aanrader.

Compré 2 bañadores de hombre y 2 bikinis de mujer. Todos con una tela de muy baja calidad, super fina y transparente, cosa que entendería si te pusieras moreno como dicen. PERO NO ES ASI!
Por otro lado, los bañadores de hombre no llevan rejilla interna por lo que son "super incomodos" y quise devolverlos.
Después de cruzar varios mails, el resultado fue que NO los puedo devolver pq el envío es muy caro, NI TAMPOCO me devuelven el dinero. Para obtener una solución justa para ambas partes, les pedí que me enviaran un solo bañador de mujer sin cargo para compensar y NO aceptaron. Solo ofrecieron un descuento para la próxima compra. Lógicamente no lo voy a usar NUNCA porque son de mala calidad, igualmente dejan marca y, aunque la atención al cliente es fluida, no te solucionan el problema.

Poor customer service! I wanted to return the costume as it was too big, they negotiated a 25% refund which never arrived. Now stuck with a costume I can’t wear that cost £40. Avoid this company as they will not accept returns unless the buyer pays for postage to China

Der s.g. „Badeanzug“ ist ein durchsichtiger billiger Polyesterbody, wurde mit zwei Pads für die Brust geliefert. Kann man natürlich weder am Strand tragen, noch sonstwo. Hab 3 Mails geschrieben mit der Frage we ich dieses Missverständnis retournieren kann, bisher keine Antwort.
Bitte lasst die Finger davon.

El paquete me llegó en dos días a casa y enseguida vi que el bañador parecía comprado en el chino , una calidad muy mala y encima no era de mi talla.
En la página web se promete cambio de talla o reembolso.
Estoy intentando que me solucionen lo del reembolso o el cambio de talla y atención al cliente no contesta con rapidez. He enviado más de 6 emails… me llegaron a contestar en una ocasion hace dos semanas para confirmar cambio de talla y ahora me dicen que hace dos meses que me llegó el pedido… cuando hace solamente dos semanas que me llegó y si han pasado más de 10 días para el cambio ha sido culpa suya.
No he conseguido hacer el cambio d estalla y no me han dado la
Solución! 40€ a la basura!

SCAM.
1) Photos of the product on the web and how product looks in real life is completely different. Especially male swimwear.
2) Male swimwear doesnt have extra support as all swim shorts, so all your body parts can be seem moving when you move.
3) Refund is possible only theoretically. In reality they ignore you a lot and dont give return address. Also at first saying that refunds are to USA, then that to Switzerland, none of that info could be found on their web. After 2 weeks of trying to get refund address, they just blocked us.
4) They say than there will be no tan line, which is also a lie, the than line is clearly there, so all stated in the web is false.
5) The photos on the web just look to good, in real life woman swimwear is bad quality and shape. And as said the male swimwear is completely different from photos.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Peggio di così forse era meglio andare in una spiaggia di nudisti. Costumi completamente trasparenti, quando esci dall’acqua, poi eseguire anche il buco (non dico quale). Leggendo anche le recensione di come si è presentato a fare il reso, ho preferito metterli in vendita su altre piattaforme di usato.

Well if you hid the size right the first time, you might be lucky. Unfortunately the size is not right for me and customer care don’t reply me, when I try to get in contact with them. 😞 Be careful when you order!

I try to make a return, no one get back to me at all, neither to explain how or whatsoever. They ask me if I want to send me another size, I said no I want to return and I never heard from them again. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Recibi el bañador, se transparenta por eso te envian pezoneras, pero lo peor de todo es la estafa que no deja marca!! Y tanto que deja marcas!! Una estafa!!

State alla larga. Preso un costume uomo e un bikini abbronzanti che risultano completamente trasparenti. Il reso bisogna farlo da sé e i costi sono elevatissimi oltre al fatto che bisogna compilare documenti per dogana con informazioni che si è in possesso.

A fuir !!! J'ai effectué une commande qui n'est jamais arrivée et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser. Je me suis aperçue que pas mal de personnes se plaignaient de ça ou de ne pas pouvoir retourner les articles. Mais sur leur profil Instagram ils effacent mes commentaires négatifs. Peut-être que celui-ci sera également effacé.....

J’avais beaucoup d’espoir pour ce maillot au concept innovant… mais quelle déception ! Le tissu est légèrement transparent, au point de laisser entrevoir mes tétons même bronzée — pas top pour aller à la plage en toute sérénité.
La culotte, avec ses lanières à nouer, ne tient pas bien : ça baille au niveau des fesses et le rendu n’est pas du tout flatteur, malgré avoir pris la plus petite taille dispo.
Service client courtois, certes, mais pas de vraie solution pour un échange simple : les frais de retour sont à la charge du client (45-50 € pour les US, non merci).
Bref, joli sur photo, mais pas adapté en réalité. Dommage.

I bought 3 different bikinis, they arrived quite fast, but this is the only positive thing I can say. The fabric is absolutely see through not like advertised. Also the quality of the sewing is very poor with lots of loose ends on the fabric. I tried to return them and wrote two emails to the address but no response after a week. I think the only way left is for me to call my credit card company and get the money back.
Don’t buy from them, because you might get scammed.

I hope anyone who plans to order from Solskin Swim sees this first.

Not only was my order lost in transit, and they did nothing about it, but they IGNORED ME completely.

I’ve had packages get lost before and the retailers either returned the money or sent a new one for the same price.

No, Solskin Swim answered my first inquiry and then disappeared on me. Not only do I not have the package, but this site pretty much robbed me.

Not to mention, their delivery times on the site are bogus.

Total scammers , raised dispute after returning items to the address stated we much they say is now wrong. They insisted that once I close dispute they would issue replacements and are now ignoring me completely . £65 no product no refund

I wish I could rate this zero. I have made my order a while ago, beginning of July, and paid for it in advance, of course, I am based in Europe, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the company to tell me where my order is. Obviously, would not recommend !
