When a delayed shipment might come.
I ordered 3 products on Feb. 9, 2025 - Stemuderm, Eyevage, and Revivatone and paid for them with my credit card. There was a notification that the Revivatone was out of stock and would be delayed. I did receive the other two products on Feb. 21, 2025 but I have heard nothing about the Revivatone yet. An update on the status of when it might be delivered would be nice.

Numerous benefits & many compliments
I am going into week 2. I love the products so far. As far as the bad reviews, I don't think people give it enough time or are expecting a miracle right away. My face is incredibly soft and looks well balanced. I use all the products and have had numerous compliments after using them for just one week! Disappointing customer service when a product pump is broken.
I ordered two daily moisturizers and after i went thru one jar i opened the next and could not get the pump to work. i emailed customer service and was sent a video showing me how to use the pump. really? i tried doing what the video said and replied back telling customer service lady that it didnt work. to which i got no reply.

Good product, poor customer service
I placed two separate orders and paid expediting shipping on one of them. The wrong order was expedited. I contacted customer service because I felt I should be reimbursed. I never heard back from customer service rep Theresa S and was not reimbursed. So far I'm pleased with your product but disappointed in your customer service.
