DO NOT BUY horrible clothes smell of fish wrong sizing no updates save yourself the burden and order somewhere else

Absolutely Frustrating and Disappointing!
I should have seen these reviews before purchasing. The website looked so reputable but the dress is so cheap, poor packaging, poor dress quality and the price is a rip off! Avoid this company at all cost! Took 3 weeks to arrive cos it came from China and the occasion where I plan to wear it has passed already.
It was so hard to return the item, I had to take photos and videos to send it to them, like what tha actual F*** is that.

They do not respond!! I emailed and emailed and no email back. They also buy their clothes from China and will charge you a ridiculous price. As soon as I get your shipping information, it will tell you it’s coming from China, takes up absolutely ages to come and it does not say this on their website at all

Delivery took three weeks, and I had to chase up with Solvivia to find out where the item was.
The coat arrived without any tags and was crumpled up in a plastic bag. There was no receipt or note inside.
The coat did not fit like in the photo. It was the Cozy Faux Fur Jacket, but it was not pinched at the waist, and size S was too big for me. I am an 8 with reputable retailers like Zara or Next.
I asked to return the coat, but they would not refund or accept it back because it was purchased on sale. They do not mention this when you buy, so it’s misleading. Be cautious if you’re thinking of buying from this website or online retailer.

I ordered what looked to be a high end satin evening gown which was showing as ready to ship. The product took over 1 month to arrive so I couldn't even wear it for the proposed occasion. The product arrived and I was absolutely mortified. It was no more than a cheap shapeless piece of material that I wouldn't even consider trying on. I am currently trying to be accepted for a refund, having to complete multiple forms and go through approvals of which I have little hope of success. I'll probably end up throwing the item in the bin and having to move on. £54 down the drain. Avoid this company at all costs please!!!!!!!!!

Ein Kleid war in Ordnung, das andere falsch geliefert und trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche, habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten und jetzt ist die Seite noch nicht mal mehr verfügbar! Finger Weg!

Betrüger, einfach Betrüger!!! Plastikkleider verkauft wie hochwertige Textilien und keine Rückgabe möglich. Produkt nach mehr sls Monat angekommen und kein Antwort per Email. Hoffentlich gehen die bald bankrott!

Ich wünsche, ich hätte früher Bewertungen zu diesem Shop gelesen, aber als ich bestellt habe, gab es noch keine…
Das Kleid nicht dem Foto, sieht extrem billig aus und dafür habe ich einen sehr hohen Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Shops bezahlt!!
Ich erhalte keine Rückmeldung auf meiner Retourenbitte und ich wurde auf derer Instagram-Seite blockiert.
Absolute Scam-Seite.

Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednerinnen anschließen! Es dauert ewig, bis die Ware da ist. Ich hatte sogar versucht noch zu stornieren. Seither versuche ich bereits über einen Monat lang ein Retourenlabel zu bekommen und es meldet sich einfach niemand. Wahrscheinlich bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen... nie wieder!

Finger weg!
Die Ware ist super billig, auf Retourenauftrag wird nicht reagiert, bieten nur Rabatt an von 30 euro. Lächerlich!
Ergänzung: Über PayPal bekomme ich nun mein Geld zurück und muss die Ware nach Barcelona senden.

Furchtbare Qualität des Kleides. Nicht so wie dargestellt und viel zu teuer.
Ich versuche seit fast einem Monat ein Retouren Label zu bekommen.
