My name is Olerato. I received help from Kenny. I asked for assistance to cancel my membership because I did not fully understand the term and conditions of it and how it worked. He/She genuinely sent me an email to help me out of his/her kind gesture. I am passionately greatful to you and I wish you get to be promoted for the great job you do. I believe you understand your job description fully and you have such humanity to understand other people's needs and struggles. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Words won't be enough to say how greatful I am for your help. GOD BLESS YOU
