Why would anybody trust this crook. Invested in his “Sondors Electric Car Co” stock only for him to use the money on other endeavors. Have contacted the company for refund of purchase price and have either received the run around or NO response at all. If investors can’t trust him why should the public buy his products… You m,ight not get what you paid for!!!

I never received my damn part. Purchased December 2023 and I just got an email asking me to review. I tried calling and emailing many times and then I heard SONDORS went out of business. Please send me a refund. 70 something bucks like a year ago. Sooo frustrating. REFUND ME. I BOUGHT THE PART ELSEWHERE.

The Bike was fine but the company? Are they even in business any more?

I have been trying to buy a new controller for my Fat Tire for 18 months. Your corporate office and customer service is a bad joke.

I purchased a wire harness for my sondors e bike almost 2 years ago, I still have not received it.

Never received bike rack order.

Great design and function. I love the foldability. Long lasting battery. I've had a lot of fun on these bikes. (I bought two.)

It is simple to charge and it works beautifully for me.

Ordered a bike and never received any information as to when it would be delivered. Called multiple times and never was able to contact anyone. Messages were never returned. Eventually went to my credit card company and had the transaction reversed. Never had anyone from Sondors contact me. Eventually bought another brand bike.

great price on a great bike.

I love my bike, a Step, but the company appears to have disappeared from operations. I had to wait many months for delivery of a replacement battery, and never got any kind of confirmation of my order. Just lucky it eventually showed up, or else the bike would be useless. Are you back in business?

Broken and no response form service. Horrible.

No customer service. Never returned my emails or my phone calls. My bike came very damaged. Sent pictures. At the end, I sold the bike because could not ride it due to a bad front rim that was shipped to me bent and would not hold air.

I have bought two bikes. One for Fl and one for MN.
The one in Mn has 700 miles on it and is squeeking. I can’t figure out where sound is coming from.
Otherwise I’m happy.

terrible, horrendous, worst experience with any purchase ever made! betraying people’s trust you deserve all the hate sent towards you, hoping that all the lawsuits will put everyone involved in jail, especially Storm, who will be tormented by the demons till the rest of his pathetic scammer life!!!!

Never received the bike, would not respond to communications and refunds, had to successfully dispute transaction with credit card co after several months. Will not ever buy from Sondors again.

It came late and had a defect with the seat mechanism which I had to have fixed. Working with so does was impossible because no one ever responded to me.
