I sent in a battery from my Sondors Step to be checked because it wouldn't hold a charge. I called to find out what the diagnosis was and the technical support said the battery was dead. They said they threw it away before they consulted me. I wanted the battery casing back so I may replace the cells third party.

My bike was delivered missing parts, the most significant being the steering head bearings. I tried to contact SONDORS for weeks with little or no response. When I did get to speak with a tech, he agreed to send the parts. According to SONDORS' website, the first shipment was sent, then cancelled and never arrived. Days to weeks later, I finally got SONDORS to answer the phone again and got new parts sent. When they arrived, they were not correct and the problem remained. I gave up and had to have the bike fixed at a local bike shop.
Now that it's fixed, I like the bike and enjoy riding it but after spending ~$1800, I expected better support and response from SONDORS.
Bottomline: the bike is good but SONDORS' support is virtually nonexistent. I saw reviews to this effect and should have heeded them. In the future, I will shop elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent. I emailed see times with issues with my bike and never got one response. I wish I would of bought elsewhere.

Bike came efficiently in mail. Easy to put together.
Had a bike shop overlook the components to make sure they were assembled ok. They told me that because the design is slightly off for the braking system being used to tire size and wheel ratio, brakes cannot be calibrated efficiently. This was the only issue we saw with the set up. We have three bikes and all had the same problem and this opinion is from a very reputable bike store in Sedona, the biking capital of the west. Bikes work well, however would love to see more durable components used for the power buttons accelerator and gear shift. Overall we are satisfied given we paid 50 percent off each bike.

Sent me a bike with worn tires and never responded to my numerous emails or calls immediately after I received the bike. Both tires went flat without me ever riding the bike. Lost 700 dollars. I would give it no stars if I could

Customer service is very bad. The bike had problems when I got it. Multiple calls and voicemails with no response. I do not recommend these bikes or this company.

I’m very happy with my sponsors e-bike. Had a breakdown and replacement parts were warranties no problem.

I bought 2 E-bikes. Shipping was about $75 for the both of them. Fast shipping as well, and the bikes came in perfect condition.

The company went out of business and I have a warranty issue

Loving bike. My only problem is it's very heavy to fold in half to take it in the car to get to proper bike paths. I use the roads and find that people drive with courtesy toward bicyclists.

Terrible customer service, I was not even able to talk to someone about my problems until I give up.

I have the fat tire bike. I love how it rides. I love you and I sit on the bike. It’s been very reliable for me and my wife and love her bike

Got ripped off for $500 deposit on the Metacycle!

overall the bike is great for the price, however, more concerned about replacement parts now as the company did take the website down. I did have some issues upon receipt as the bike did not work and needed a couple of parts. We did go back and forth a bit but finally the issues were resolved. This is a big bike with some uncontrolled power bursts at time due to the motor being a hub vs. mid-drive. I do have both types of bikes and this one can be a bucking bronco at times if you're not used to it.

Love my bike! Much cheaper than others and at least as good. My brother the serious mountain biker and owner of a high-end bike company told me to get this. We have been extremely happy!
