My in home therapist was attentive and knowledgeable. He fixed some issues I’d been having with my back and neck. Scheduling was easy and he arrived on time.

I've been a Soothe client on membership status for over two years and I completely love the service. I have built a great relationship with my therapist and love the ease of use of the app. My sister joined soon after and she loves Soothe too!

Soothe automatically assigned the therapist outside my list of selection. Then canceling the service is 50% penalty. It is not customer friendly policy.

My experience with Soothe has been very positive. I’ve met many gifted masseurs over the years who have helped my overall health and well-being significantly. I’m comfortable having the therapists in my home and scheduling them for my wife as well. The app is easy to use, I’ve never had issues. I use no other mobile service.

I reported a massage table failure and injury with pictures more than 24 hours ago. I have had zero support calls or emails from soothe.

Great and knowledgeable

Was not a great masseuse as she just applied lotion and really not much of a massage. Also, didn’t have an accommodating or great disposition.

The masseuse was on her phone during the massage. Her technique was horrible and I had to redirect twice to get her back on track. Would like a refund.

Highly trained and caring about her clients.

My therapist was outstanding -- best massage I have gotten.

The technician smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, which negatively impacted the massage experience.
The technician only performed for 30 minutes even though I purchased a 60 minute session.
The skill of the technician was if she was still an intern practicing to learn rather than an 5 year professional as her profile stated.
Unfortunately I tipped in advance of the service.

The massage sessions are great. Corresponding with Soothe was an issue though. I sent an email & never received a response.

My self and Sandra were both first time clients. Our experience was amazing, this was my very first massage. I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Therapists were on time, friendly, and used my feedback to make the massage very relaxing and reinvigorating.

I have not had the best luck with therapists. This last appointment was a couples massage Vanessa was amazing my husband had a great massage. My therapist was geared more towards deep tissue even though I had requested Swedish. My massage was very painful and not relaxing. Prior to that the last couples massage I had the sheets smelled like rancid oil and the table was so narrow my body barely fit (I am 5’4” 125lbs) prior to that I had a woman that talked the entire massage. I have sense blocked all of these therapists. But for the price you pay I would say the quality has really declined over the years. I have used Soothe for 10+ years. I have been very disappointed with the quality of therapists, their equipment and overall presentation.
