This company is a scam!!!!! I order four pairs of socks for the sale price of $17.95. When the package arrived, I received ten pairs of socks. My credit card was billed for $59. I contacted the company via email and was ignored. My second email did receive a response. The agent agreed to refund half of the $59 charge in exchange for keeping the socks. Although I wanted a refund, I realized this offer was most likely the best outcome. Instead of refunding half the money, my visa was charged $51. Later the same day I was charged another $53. It was at this point that I researched the companies reviews. I quickly discovered that this website will continue to bill your credit card fraudulent charges. I cancelled my credit card immediately. I am still receiving multiple emails a day, trying to sell me more product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The entire business is a scam located in Dubai. If you have already made a purchase, cancel your credit card and report the charges to your bank immediately.

Most crooked company I've ever dealt with. I never got the 2 pairs I ordered, and had to get a new debit card to stop them from charging me!

Scam Company, Horrible to deal with & a very crooked company! They scammed me. Do Not order anything from them. They will steal more money than you authorized and tell you that you agreed to it because the $15 price on their compression socks is a promotional price & to get the $15 price you agreed to buy another 4 pairs.. If you return or refuse delivery of their product for a full refund you will be told they have specific return instructions you agreed to with your order (instructions you’ve never even seen) so If you didn’t follow them (because you don’t know about it) you get no refund. Very hard to deal with anyone in customer service. Report them on Trust Pilot & to the BBB.

I ordered from them and they added things in to my order that I didn’t order I an out of pocket 143.10. I am mad can't get a hold of them

These people are fraudsters, they should be banned from trading, I wanted one pair of their socks, they claimed I've ordered the one, they included four more and charged the four.

I will approach the trading standard authority and the UK ombudsman.

PayPal is aiding them, all they did to help was suggesting I change the password.

I had no problem with ordering but with the sizing. The site says the large would fit size 9.5 to 15 US. I wear a size 11 US and they would not get over my insole let alone get over my whole foot. Requested return as size was wrong. Offer 50% refund and keep socks. Might as well take as you have to pay for return.

Deceptive and poor quality! Ordered one pair and got charged for 5 pairs - after two washed the sock unravelled! Don’t buy this product! It’s BS!

This company sends you socks you didn't order and debits your card accordingly.
Sending them back to the US is very difficult and costly. With a great effort you may get a 50% rebate on the debit for the unordered socks but only after the company has deducted its expenses.
If you order one pair of socks you will get 9 pairs. This is a common problem with other buyers I now understand. You cannot see a basket when placing your order. The 'additional' 8 pairs are separately debited, in my case on an order number that preceded the number for the one pair I did order.
Do not use them, even if they are polite.

I'm pretty savvy normally but was in a rush and thought a pair of these may work. Like everyone else on hear I was charged for 7 pairs to which I immediately cancelled within a minute. I paid via PayPal so will put their dispute procedures in place when I can also my PayPal account is linked to a credit card although they will refer to PayPal. I will refuse delivery and like all on here I have sent many emails etc cancelling but they just ignore them. My question is and I will be asking PayPal this why so they deal with this company surely they can blacklist them for payments. Like others on here I should gave done due diligence and checked them on here but I was in a rush.

This company has been doing my head in for over 10 days. I've lost count of the number of emails I've sent them but must be over 20. I told them within 2 mins of the order to cancel it and then went on within a hour to tell them by email and their on website form and still they sent the item and took the money from my account. They also set up a repeat payment service meaning they could send anything and charge my account. So everyone please be warned DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! and I wasn't in the country when they sent the item so I never accepted delivery!!!

Not very helpful

I ordered one pair of their “socks” they then proceeded to hard sell multiple items. I didn’t realise you had to decline these or they would automatically be charged. As soon as I received confirmation of my order within 15 minutes I contacted them to cancel. 12 hours later they told me I was too late to cancel. What a scam!!!!

TRYING FOR 3 WEEKS TO GET INFO TO RETURN ITEMS. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL. STAY CLEAR, THEY ARE DEFINITELY A CON JOB COMPANY.

Avoid this company they will fleece you. Their website is set up in such a way that when you put your order through and give your credit card details the Invoice immediately appears with more items than you have asked for. They ignore any attempts you make at cancelling the order and I cancelled immediately the Invoice appeared on screen. They did not acknowledge that I had cancelled even though I sent 3 emails one after the other. The next day they emailed to say it was too late and goods had been sent. There was no return address on the parcel when it arrived. I emailed them for a return address and the reply I got was "I want to clarify that once a chargeback process has been initiated with your bank or credit card issuer, we are unable to process a refund from our end, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback. This policy ensures the integrity and finality of the financial process involved." If you can understand that you are probably a lawyer.

All emails and details were sent to my Credit card company and they are looking into it but are not hopeful of any outcome. They advised me over the phone to read the comments on Trust Pilot before I sent the goods back, which I have done. I will probably not waste my time in sending the goods back at my expense of course because one of the people commenting on Trust Pilot did send his goods back and only got half his money back. In future I will check on Trust Pilot first before ordering online from a company I have never dealt with.

I wish I had read the many negative Trustpilot reviews on Sootherelieve before using their website to buy a pair of their socks. I ordered one pair and they immediately billed me for 4 pairs and took $nz180 out of my credit card I don't want to go into how it works - you can read about that in the many reviews on Trustpilot. I am just adding my voice to the many to say AVOID SOOTHERELIEVE AT ALL COSTS!

This is a horrible company. I ordered one pair of compression socks and they charged me for four. I immediately saw what they did and wrote their customer service. Acknowledged receipt and then ignored it and did not rectify the situation. To make matters worse, the product is not good. Very little compression and I will not use any of the four I received. Not an ethical company.

This company needs to be avoided. It deserves zero stars.
I saw one pair of compression socks advertised for the reasonable price of $17.95 in New Zealand dollars. I live in New Zealand. The special offer was half the normal price for (of course) the next 7 minutes. The options were bundles of single or multiple pairs and I chose two pairs at NZ$17.95 each. The order was well completed within the special offer timeframe.

The summary of my order did not convert into US dollars therefore when I checked my bank records straight after, I did not expect to see double the amount being charged to me.

I then returned to the order area of the site to locate Terms & Conditions of sale. I found it is necessary to start an order before Ts&Cs can be read.
The Ts&Cs of payment clearly states the price of purchase would be in the currency of where the order was placed.

I did not complete the second dummy order, I, instead, exited the site.
In the meantime, I had received a confirmation email summarizing my order as two pairs of socks at a total of US$38.91 & four pairs of socks at a total of US$39.95.
Neither of these prices were what I was expecting plus I had only actually 'completed' an order for two pairs, not an additional four pairs.
I then signed back into my bank records and saw an additional amount charged; first NZ$69.26 & next $NZ$71.11.

I immediately raised a Cancellation of order through the confirmation email and stated the reason for cancellation was the Terms & Conditions of sale contradicted the reality with the fact that my NZ priced order was converted into US prices when it should not have been. I also complained that I did not place two orders, I completed just one order. I did not request 6 pairs of socks, I requested two pairs of socks.

A short time later, I received a tracking email for my order. This infuriated me because I had cancelled my order some time prior.
I finally received a response to my cancellation request 12 hours later stating it was too late to cancel as the package had been sent.

I responded questioning how a package could have been picked, packed & sent within the five minutes it took me to cancel my order immediately after the order was placed.

Clearly this company has no intention of adhering to their 'Cancellation' option.

The second complaint I stated in my response was the actual reason I cancelled was because their Terms & Conditions of sale had stated the price would be in local currency of 'where the order was placed' yet it was converted into US dollars.

The response they sent to that was the same as the earlier response stating it was too late to cancel once the order had been sent.
They did not address my two points.

I sent yet another reply asking them to cancel on the grounds of false information as to currency conversion and taking a second order that I did not submit.

No response received.
It appears once they have your credit card information, the order system will be completed even if you do not click the submit button.

I am extremely angry and will never buy anything online ever again.

Caution when ordering from this Company. I ordered 1 pair of socks, got 4, size medium, socks were too large for a size 6-7 foot, and compression properties lackluster. Then, to my surprise, they added an upsell of Bandoo Cleansing pads, that I did not order (VERY repetitive..."BEFORE YOU GO, HOW ABOUT THIS" upsell tactics). No phone number or return form on site, used email and initially cust service email reply, refused to allow return, but when I complained back, they did offer a 50% credit and keep products, or request return info - I have to pay for shipping, and no refund of initial delivery charges. I am going to opt for 50% credit and put in a donation pile. Another concern -- there was no labeling covering fiber content, the country of origin, or the identity of the manufacturer or another business responsible for marketing or handling the product. The website does state 100% nylon.

Bad company and even worse product.Avoid.My compression socks arrived and they are not socks they are anklets and so small wouldn't fit a 5 year old child.Wrote to the company for a return/refund-they didn't reply until 30 days had elapsed-no refund available now.They would be a health hazard as would contrict bloodflow to the toes and lower legs if you could get them on.Don't buy from these people.

Had the same problem as all the other reviews on this company added extra product to my order looks like they add 4 more pairs of socks to every order and when you try to stop the delivery they say its to late will not stop the order or refund your money you get no help from this companies customer service department just a load of nonsense thrown at you.My advice is do not go to there Web site do not touch any buttons on there Web site because it will register an order without you knowing.l paid with PayPal and I'm trying with them to get my money back
