thank you for choosing Soovia and for sharing your experience.

Most of our 1 GB plans are valid for 7 days. However, 1 GB refers to the data amount, not the duration. Depending on usage (maps, social media, background apps), it can be consumed quite quickly.

For longer stays or heavier daily use, 3 GB, 5 GB, or 10 GB plans may be a better option depending on your needs. Additional data can always be added if required.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the confusion.

We checked your account and saw that your first eSIM (1GB / 7 days) was fully used. After that, instead of adding extra data to the same eSIM, a new eSIM with the same plan was purchased, which means the extra data was not added to your original eSIM.

Your new eSIM is already active in your Soovia account and ready to install whenever you need it.

With 1GB–3GB plans, this can lead to unexpectedly fast usage, especially when using real-time navigation like Waze or Google Maps.

Your Soovia eSIM always connects to the best local operator available, usually providing 4G/5G speeds. At these high speeds, any background activity or downloads can use data much faster than on slower networks.
