I wish I had read the reviews on line before ordering for myself. What a disappointment! Sent a little more than normal expecting a good product and good service. I got neither. Return policy: Requires you to send you item back to China. NOTE: I checked and this would have cost another $100+. Not in their policy on line. They will give you a return and you can keep the item at if I remember 10-20% of the purchase. Or you can purchase another product at a discount. Nightmare. Possibly the WORST experience I have ever had on line. Stay away!! Note my sister found both items on TEMU and SHEIN much cheaper.

I would actually give them a zero if possible. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The item didn’t look like what was advertised. On the website it appeared to be a 3D appliqué on the front of a waffle type fabric. What arrived was a very pixelated print-on version of what was depicted. And the fabric was a very thin and cheap material. I wanted to return it for a full refund, however, I was given such a runaround. They wanted to give me another item in exchange, then they offered me a small percentage back, then they upped the amount, all of which I turned down. They described a lengthy and cumbersome task to return the item internationally. Their website states a no-hassle refund, though, it’s anything but! I ended up disputing this with my credit card and got a full refund. I’m amazed they can get away with their unethical business practices.

The jumpsuits are very cheap looking, nothing like the pictures, and while I followed the measuring guide, they are three sizes too big, jumpsuits have no tags identifying brand, describing materials or washing instructions
Horrible product

The quality of the dress was very cheap. The material was thin and the seams were about 1/8 inch and would fray out very easily.
The return process is ridiculous! I would need to send it to India and pay the shipping. Eventually they gave me a 10% refund which amounted to $4.95! Absolutely would NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

OMG, I'm having the worst experience EVER with this company. The dress I ordered was awful and when I asked to return it, I was told I could have a 30% refund or send it back to China. That was May 18 and I'm still waiting for the 30% refund. All of the 13 mails I've received have the same language ... "We sincerely apologize for the continued delay and frustration this has caused. We understand your concern regarding the 30% refund requested on May 18. We are following up with our billing team again to check the current status and why it has not yet reflected on your credit card. We appreciate your patience, and we will provide you with an update as soon as we receive confirmation from the team." No refund yet. Completely deceptive organization.

This company is definitely not in America, and the emails are all ai. I was so disappointed in the communication, the misrepresentation of the very American-looking website, and the quality of the dress. I thought I researched the website and company well and it appeared to be in the US. It appeared to be a sweet family company and I was happy to try it out to support the company. However, this has been the worst experience. It took several weeks for me to receive my dress. The dress didn't fit and was not made well. The material was not at all as described on the website. When I emailed the company, I found out I would have to pay for shipping BACK TO CHINA if I returned it. I lost count of how many emails we sent back and forth, but every day, I would get a new email telling me what they could do instead of me returning the dress. I could never get more than one answer/email a day. They wanted me to pick something else, but there is nothing else I wanted to buy from the website. Finally, they offered me 10% refund. I asked for 50%- we settled on 20%. It has been 3 weeks and they still have not refunded my 20%. Never buy from Sophie and Grace.

I really love my pink and tangerine dress! The customer service was very good and kept me informed throughout a long process of getting a different size. The dress runs very small. I originally ordered my usual size of an XL and completed my order 2 months later with a 3X - which i absolutely love! It’s light and airy and very cute!

Hi, I really like the second dress I received. I am not sure whether you remember me, but I had gone past the return deadline before having a chance to try the dress on. I chose a size up I believe on the 2nd dress. I also really like the size of the 2nd dress.
Do you think you all could work out an exchange for me if I find another dress or outfit to purchase? I do like your clothing. I wore the second dress at a conference and had so many compliments. Thank you, Donna

This company has the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with. Their website says refunds on 30 days. I received my two dresses and they did not fit. There is no phone number. I wrote and received over 20 emails trying to get a refund and an address to send the dresses back. They wanted to give me a 10% refund and keep the dresses! What could I do with two dresses that didn’t fit? They finally told me to pick out replacements and only pay for the shipping. I sent them the info on replacements and paid 34.96 for shipping. After 3 weeks I didn’t have replacement so I emailed again. They acted like they didn’t know the situation. Finally I dealt with pay pal and opened a dispute. I finally got a refund. This was the most frustrating and stressful ordeal I’ve ever had. I told them I would write a bad review so I’m sticking to my word. I don’t think they are in Savannah, probably China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They advertise as a storefront in Savannah which is false. I ordered two "breathable" dresses which were tightly woven 95% polyester and 5% Spandex. Breathable is also false. The print on the fabric looks like a picture taken with a security camera. When you look at the fine print, if you need to return you may ship it, at your expense directly to their warehouse in CHINA.

Had an issue with one dress out of three I ordered. Quick response resolved issue and I got a replacement that is perfect.

I waited several weeks to get dress...Didn't fit and I'm trying to return it. I am getting run around...expense of return, too long, etc. I did what they said to the "T" and then they offer 10% then 20% and I get to keep the dress. Ridiculous! The dress that doesn't work. Don't do business with this group!!!!

My order came very slowly. Dresses were poor quality and fit was all wrong. I requested to use their 30-day return promise only to be repeatedly offered 10%, 20% and finally 30% refund before I was finally given an address. The address was China and the postage cost was ridiculous! Their ad really fooled me and I thought I was dealing with a company in the USA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!

I received a dress + top in ok time but both did not look like the quality pictured on the website. In addition, the dress was oversized. They said they would not send a refund unless I sent a photo of myself wearing it. I actually did this but then was told to keep the dress + they would send something for free if I paid for postage from China! When I found out they were not legit, I went back + read the item descriptions -- they never give the actual fabric type! Anyway, I think I am out the $ for this one but keep trying to get it back.

The clothing is nice. Good material and arrived in great condition. My only criticism is that it took 10 days to arrive. Just have to keep that in mind if ordering for a specific event.

I'd like to give 0 stars. This company is a complete scam. A fraud. My experience was exactly the same as all the other reviewers. Don't buy from this company.

Well, I fell for the slick looking ad for Sophie and Grace Savannah, too. I wish I could warn any would be customers that this company is a sham. It is not what it appears to be. I ordered two dresses from them. It took at least 3 weeks before they arrived. When I opened the packages, they looked nothing like what was pictured in their online ad. The fabric is cheap and flimsy, the prints are blurry, and they don't fit, even though I used their size chart before ordering. When I contacted the company to request a return, I received an email stating that I should keep the items and accept a 10% refund. After several emails back and forth, I've come to the conclusion that I am out the $114.90 I paid for them. Unfortunately, because they immediately charged my credit card at the time of the order instead of when it was shipped, too much time has elapsed. I have contacted my credit card company about this, but I have very little hope of getting any sort of refund. All I can say is, beware of this company. It is Chinese, not American, and they are not a reputable online store. Do not order anything from them.

After waiting 3 weeks for items that were not at all as pictured, I attempted to return them per their website guarantee. They keep trying to barter with me to accept partial refunds and keep the ugly items. This keeps dragging on and I’m beyond annoyed. Steer clear of this company!
