I ordered three shirts. All are very thin synthetic material which probably would disintegrate in the first wash. The patterns are printed on in a faded manner, the collars were not sewn straight. Save your money. You will find much better quality at Walmart or Target. These are not even good rags.

False advertising, they are located in China. They are not going out of business. The refund process is nearly impossible, and expensive with tariffs and shipping costs. The quality of the clothing is terrible and nothing is true to size. I ordered 2 dresses size small and one was huge, the other too small. Please don't order anything. They are staying in business by making refunds impossible.

I can't believe I fell for this SCAM. I agree with all the reviews and should have looked them up on Trustpilot before I purchased. The dresses I received were NOT the ones pictured on their website. This site should be shut down.

NO STAR in reality--but one must click on a star to comment. My experience with this fraudulent, deceptive company has been frustrating, costly and maddening. I spent well over $300 on clothing that were meant to be gifts--NONE of which are suitable to give to ANYONE. After waiting over two weeks, I received items that were the wrong color, sizes, material...and of very poor quality. The fabric--almost paper, it was so cheap--looked like it was stamped with the pattern on the outside, as the inside of the dresses/tops were white. Two of the dresses were SO cheap, the material SO scratchy--I can't even keep them and call them "house dresses" or nightgowns. The return policy states that items must be returned with the tags intact and the packing slip/receipt included--but my order came with neither. No tags. No packing slip. No return address. No response to my inquiry online. Two of the items were supposed to be "khaki". They are purple. One was supposed to be dusty pink, it is apricot. One is supposed to be emerald green. It is a very ugly olive. A few are supposed to be Navy Blue--they are more peacock. I would accept any one thing not up to par--but NOTHING is up to par! There is much wrong with every, single item. I am reporting this scam to my credit card company. This "Nicole's Coastal Boutique" is NOT "of Nantucket", nor owned by a sweet mother-daughter team, nor is in the USA at all. This company must be stopped from doing further damage.

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of this clothing is literally a garbage bag. The plastic bag it arrived in is better quality than the clothing itself. There is no return option because they will play around with you for weeks offering discounts to keep the garbage bag they’ve sent you. Do not waste your money. The misrepresentation of the clothing in every way possible is criminal.

I agree with everyone about this company! I thought it was located in Nantucket as well but it's in China! The material of the dress was cheap polyester and would not even go over my head! I emailed the company and finally got instructions to return the items but only after I refused the 10-20-30% refund offer. I followed the return instructions explicitly and hope for a full refund. When I took the return to UPS I was told the cost would be about $200 because they don't directly send things to China so I went to the post office and spent $35.00 to send it all back. We'll see if I get a refund!

This is a scam from China. They pretend to be a Nantucket boutique and show good photos. When I asked about the fiber content they answered "lovely cotton blend" - product came from China & was 95% polyester, 5% spandex and extremely poor quality. They won't return it, but try to give you a discount to keep garbage item. PURE SCAMMERS

The product sizing was not normal. It was much larger than expected. The material quality was not as expected for the price of the garment. The no hassle return and refund is basically non existent! They want you to return the item, at your expense, paying for all overseas shipping and customs fees involved. I will never recommend this company.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are based in China. The quallty of the dresses are medium but the return is impossible.

Unfortunately there is no zero rating. This website is a SCAM! The dresses I received were shiny, cheap sacks that looked NOTHING like what was shown on the website, and it is impossible to get them to give you an address for a return. FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD stay away.

Do not buy from this company! I thought they were based in North Carolina. I’m not sure now. What they do say they have is a 30 day return policy…. But no where does it indicate you are returning to China! If I had known the return goes to China I would never have purchased. I didn’t think to check Trustpilot because their website said NC.

DON’T Even THINK about ordering from these people. They advertise easy returns — you have to ship the item to CHINA — not Nantucket as they lead you to believe. Clothing is cheap, shoddy and undersized. I saw their ad on Facebook. Meta should be ashamed.

Why is there no choice for zero stars? I wish I had known about Trustpilot before I ordered from this fraudulent company! What they sent me was typical Chinese shower curtain material, ugly design, poorly made crap. The website is totally fake- you can’t even leave a review because you click on the review stars and nothing happens. I fired an email back to them but from the reviews, I will not be getting my money back and I’m not about to return it to CHINA. I’m mad at myself for falling for it and will be reporting them to my credit card company, BBB, and anywhere else I can think of. I’m so sick of these Chinese scams. I will be checking Trustpilot from now on before I order any clothing online.

The dresses I ordered were poorly made with unfinished edges. They did NOT match the descriptions of the type of fabric. Through deceptive advertising - they are not a company from NANTUCKET! They are located in China! They will not return my money, unless i ship them to a China, which will cost over $300 - (3x the cost of the dresses). Don't be fooled! They are an unethical company!!!!

If I could rate it zero I would. Try to read the reviews on their website and you can’t open them. Their return policy is nonexistent. They offered me a 10%, then 20%, then 30% discount to return a dress I ordered that looked nothing like the website’s picture. However, they would not tell me how I would receive the partial refund. This company is a total scam. You have to email them to get return instructions, which took 4 days for them to respond, and you have to, at your own expense mail the item back to China which is prohibitively expensive. Do not order from this company. I am making a complaint to my credit card company but I don’t have much hope. I think I will also complain to the USPS about fraudulent use of the US mail. I ordered on April 11, received the item around April 27th and immediately tried to correspond with them. I finally heard back from them on May 1st. DO NOT ORDER. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Can I rate a 0? I ordered a linen cotton blend shirt and received a cheap 100% polyester piece of crap. Refund policy is full refund with no shipping cost if product is defective. Well it certainly is, it’s polyester not cotton linen. The company however will only refund me less shipping back charges.

My solution is to dispute the original charge on my credit card with the reason listed as incorrect product received, vendor will not refund. I’ll get my money back that way.

If I could give zero stars I would. Deceptive advertising is an understatement. I ordered a 99%cotton dress,I received polyester of the worst kind.My requests to return were fobbed off in 4 emails, with a " final offer"of 40% discount. How dare they!Returns go to China!And at the customer's expense. This company had NOTHING to do with a Nantucket business. My Bank secured a refund. This is fraudulent advertising...be warned.

The ad photo is totally deceiving. The dress is made of poor cheap polyester with no flair to it at all. I can not believe what I have received. I sent an email requesting instruction on how to return item, but no response yet. Do not buy from this scam company that is obviously shipping cheap items from China at a high cost to buyers.
