Soprize has been fair with its winnings and the bonus they give me. I don't second guess playing or logging on to this game. It's simple and not complicated where it gets confusing. It has great games too!

Only because yes, support is nearly non existent-however i think thats better than a useless artificial ‘support agent’. Definitely their first rodeo and clearly working out the kinks, but like going here because of the affiliate and generous rakeback. If and whenever i go through the redemption process i will update this honest review accordingly.

Provably Rigged Games & Zero Support For Redemptions
They have a 5x5 grid game where you can select 1 mine. Statistically over many rounds you should only hit it about 4% of the time. After 600 rounds I had hit it nearly 13% of the time. The odds of that are astronomical. I go to redeem and it keeps auto failing but everything is correct. Support has not responded in over 8 hours. Even though they suggest 2 mins is the average response time.
