They banned my account for a negative review on trustpilot. They take forever to pay and they look for any reason not to pay you. This site is shady, don’t play here.

Meh. Made several deposits & nothing to keep me entertained. Boring & useless for me. Requested account closure days ago & no reply. Close my account please. Good luck to anyone that plays here. Way too stingy for me.

I had won $700 off an initial start of "free" sweep coins, when I attempted to cash out $450 the first 2 times, they kept classifying my debit cards as a credit card. The third time I had it sent directly to my bank account and then was hit with an email stating I would only receive $25 as they considered all those winnings "bonus" coins and were not able to be used as redemption. Considering I also purchased sweep coins in order to be able to redeem to begin with, there is no way to distinguish which coins they want to consider "bonus" and which ones you can legitimately cash out. The entire process seem very trivial and subjective to whatever the person was in. Stick to the illegal online casinos if you want to deal with that bs, at least they pay out. I wouldn't recommend Zumo.us, I don't believe them to be a legitimate online casino and will wait for class action suites.

Didn't take me long to realize this site is a complete trash heap of a casino. I deposited a couple times (around $200 in SC) and I couldn't even muster up a single line hit... NOT ONE! Dead spin after dead spin. I don't know if there RTP is just really low, or I was extremely unlucky but I'm not sticking around this site to find out. Their buttons on the website bare even function as well. Just another cash grab cloned site with little to know quality. You're better off playing at Stake or any of the well known social casinos. This one is doodoo.

Got an email this morning saying they've blocked my account and refunded my money(which they did) because they detected suspicious activity on my account. They're full of it, they just didnt wanna pay me my redeem.

Don't waste your time with zumo. Tons of better casinos out there!

They are a scam. I used Apple to make my purchase, I won money and now they won’t cash me out because they want a picture with the card. The last four of the card number I used to purchase is not same as my Apple Card because Apple provides a different number for refunds. I’m planning on filing a complaint with the FBI for fraud. They’re scamming people knowing dam well they can’t cash out. They’re claiming you have to cash out to the same card you made the purchase knowing that you can’t cash out to Apple!! So why allow purchases through Apple??!!

This site and their sister site are so fraudulent and really think people are just not smart enough to notice. Then they are foolish enough to claim outright on their site that their games are certified RNG. NO THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT!! No platform would skate around the issue and claim they can't show you proof of those certificates if in fact they really were certified fair. If they actually obtained certification they would proudly show it for the world to see. They lie their games are the exact opposite of fair anyone spending money here is a fool, myself included.

Firstly I will say that they do pay,the support was punctual,the verification was easy enough,and I had a blast while earning an easy 100 bucks,can’t beat it!

Quite happy so far. Have won some though down overall. Good game selection and RTP seems ok. Redemptions are not immediate but I did get it within a couple days. You do have to send pics of card and selfie holding card each time though.

HORRIBLE! If I could give it no stars I would. I purchased a first-time user package for $9.99 and received $22.00. I turned that into $100 and redeemed. Everything went through initially. Then I woke up to an email from them saying my redemption was returned and my account was blocked. FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I sent an email to customer service and they said they couldn't disclose why they did this. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I am not entirely sure why this platform has only 3.8 Stars I give it a Solid 5 the customer service is great and fast they actually answer all of my questions. Great variety of games great bonuses love the wheel daily. Quite a few potential ways to get bonuses many promotions. Overall great platform👏
