Excellent product and super support.

With the upgrade for PictureEcho, from the user interface to the logic used to find duplicates is an incredible update! Speed has been increased. Used it first time and looked at over 2 TB of photos in just over an hour. Results are saved so you can come back and continue selecting dups for whatever your choice, move or delete. Well done!

Encontrarás un gran equipo de profesionales al servicio de sus clientes. En mi caso concreto, tanto mi portátil como, posteriormente, mi servidor NAS sufrieron fallos que me impedían recuperar mis ficheros.

Por medio de copias parciales pude recuperar gran parte de los ficheros (de cualquier tipo) pero estaban en algunos casos quintuplicados.

Me puse en contacto con ellos y respondieron con gran rapidez, facilitándome una nueva clave de producto. Esto me permitió, junto con el uso de su solución “Clone File Checker”, validar aproximadamente 200.000 ficheros en muy poco tiempo.

No habría podido realizar este proceso con la misma eficiencia sin el apoyo de Sorcim y de su software “Clone File Checker”.

Les estoy muy agradecido.

I purchased PictureEcho in order to help with collating and editing thousands of digital images collected over 15+ years - it was very useful and I am really glad I came across it (I asked ChatGPT to recommend tools to help in collecting 'similar' images and PictureEcho was one of the tools it suggested) - the ability to choose the level similarity was very useful - and it is remarkable fast compared to other tools which offer to sort based on similarity. I had a glitch with the license code but the support team reacted speedily and sorted it out. Recommended product and company.

Não é somente um excelente software como tambem uma das melhores experiencias do cliente que eu ja tive. Recomendo de olhos fechados e posso garantir que irá ajudar muito a resolver a duplicidade de arquivos. Parabéns a empresa por se importar com o cliente.

Great customer service. Resolution of issue was successful. 2 day turnaround time. The product itself is great. I had a license issue and it was easily resolved. My only suggestion for possible improvement would be to have an option to refresh the license myself on their website without having to contact support. I have licenses from other companies for various products that allow me to do so.

I have used CloneChecker before and liked it. I was unsuccessful when I attempted to upgrade my account. Support staff were very attentive and got me back on track. I commend the product and their customer support!

When I ran into trouble, I had a quick turnaround from support regarding my issue, which was the location of the software itself after I purchased it. They responded very quickly, I found it, and I was up and running shortly thereafter

Great customer service. Great product, works exceptionally. Gave me more room on my portable HDD. Thankful to find a company which is genuine and sincere in assisting their clientele. Great job!

Easy File Renamer is a very handy software to have on your PC, thoroughly recommend it for ease of use and customer support.

Well I love the software.
I had a problem with getting it activated and they were on top of it.
I mean I asked questions and they for the most part was right there and on point.

EDIT-LATER I HAD TO ADD THIS: I WAS NOT AWARE THEY WERE GOING TO ASK FOR MONEY FOR THE HELP PROVIDED. I INSTALLED THE PROGRAM, GOT HELP WHILE HE WAS ON MY COMPUTER DELETING DUPLICATES BUT THEN ASKED FOR COMPENSATION. AND I COULDN'T PAY HIM THRU PAYPAL OR ANYTHING. HE ASKED FOR ME TO PURCHASE ANOTHER LICENSE. OK, THEN I GOT SUSPICIOUS. DARN IT. I DON'T LIKE BEING TAKEN! THIS IS THE REVIEW HE ASKED ME TO WRITE AND GUIDED ME THRU::: The representative was very helpful. helped me delete over 25k duplicates and free up memory space! great experience! He was professional, friendly and understood what i was needing!

I had a couple of snags with the program, but their team addressed them and my overall assessment of the program is positive.

This file renamer is amazing. So many configurable options on how to rename. It is intuitive, I never needed to read a help document. It was handy for me as a person who moved from Mac to Windows and needed a way to rename thousands of files at the same time.
