Product is terrific as is the customer service. I deleted the sw by mistake and asked for the key to be reactivated...it took less than a day on their side..you cannot ask for better than that with overall customer service being poor...this company stands out!

I don't often write reviews this glowing but this company is one the very few software companies with an active, effective support team that deserves special praise. I purchased the PictureEcho premium product several years ago, but did not get a chance to use it at that time. I recently decided to try again but could not log into my premium product with either of my emails. I contacted their customer support, and in short order they initiated an email thread with me and within a week they found that I had registered my product with a work email I was using extensively at the time of purchase. They sent me the login information which worked first try. I can't thank their team enough for making the whole experience painless. The software is fantastic as well with a powerful yet intuitive interface that does all the work for you, allows user defined levels of similarity and sensitivity. I'll update when I have completed the process, but anyone looking to easily sort through many years of pictures that have ended up backed up on multiple devices and end up with one archive without duplicates should buy this product with confidence their team is ready to help and their software is top notch.

Had a very good experience with Cloud duplicate finder, fixing up a crazy problem with my OneDrive.
It managed to scan and resolve issues in the cloud, rather than suddenly initiating a massive download to desktop as the first solution I tried.
It's worked pretty well. I didn't have a lot of problems but the odd issue was solved by very responsive and clear support. Not one of these ones where they clearly haven't even read your problem properly. So, all good for me and can recommend if you get messed up with duplicates like I did

If you're looking for best value for money, sorcim technology products are the ones you should be going for. Brilliant products with absolute brilliant support.

Horribly underpowered. Barely utilizing a fraction of any of my cores and could be sooo much quicker if not for this. With my power and cpu settings theres no good reason this couldn't use 20-30 percent of my cpu and pick up the pace. Apps like this are a waste of costly cutting edge hardware.

Great customer support. I had over 40,000 photos in two clouds, and an external hard drive. I have spent hours trying to organize and move all photos to one location. Very tedious work and I knew I had many duplicates. I purchased the software to compare the photos in all three locations and delete the duplicates. Was pleasantly surprised at the ease of completing this process. I had renamed copies of the same photos over the years, and the software was able to identify them as duplicates. Once identified, then software issued the deletion upon my request. Worked beautifully.

Hello all, About 3 months ago I was looking for a program to identify and remove duplicate files on my desk top's hard drive, and chose SORCIM's Clone Files Checker software. It seemed to work great at first in identifying and moving my duplicate files, and I gave them a positive review. However, when I tried to access the original and duplicate files the program identified, I got an error message that the files could not be opend or accessed due to them being corrupted. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to SORCIM for support, getting one response asking for more information. I provided the information, and have made multiple additional attempts to get this addressed, with no response at all from the company. It's been over a month and no response to assist me, leaving without access to any of the files affected by the program. I just as well might have deleted the files, as these important files are now useless. So, I strongly do NOT recommend this product if you have valauble or important files that you may need in the future.
