There to help
It was a very good experience with SO Resi, from beginning to end. It all started with Renee, who was amazing and helped me a lot. She was the first to contact me and the sale wouldn’t happen without her and Heidi. Huw was very helpful and kind.
Heidi was there for me to get through the difficult final stages.
The team are friendly, professional and dedicated. I would recommend working with them.
For me the process of getting on with shared ownership was long, time consuming, and at times frustrating, due to all legal procedures and regulations. Heidi and Renee did what they could to make it easier and more understandable, and I thank them for that.

I have just completed my purchase…
I have just completed my purchase through Soresi. Its been a very easy journey excellent service throughtout especialy from Vanessa and Heidi. Its made purchasing a property feel so simple. They were always available and responded quickly plus communication was always perfect.

Oldies buying a home!
We are pensioners,and hadn't thought about buying a property share! We went to see Anna Murray & Tyler Hendericks in their So Resi office, they were so informative, nothing too much trouble, however there was only 1 property left at the time which wasnt suitable for us,we even offered to buy the show house! But that same day a house became available which was just right! Thanks to the whole team we hope to move in to our new home shortly! Thanks a million Anna & Tyler! We Would highly recommend this company x

I recently completed my remortgage with So Resi, and I cannot thank Sylvana enough for their incredible support. I have had a great experience with SO Resi
I have had a great experience with SO Resi. Despite some issues I encounter, SO Resi has been flexible and accommodating. Malcolm was excellent and a real pleasure to work with. Karen was also excellent and sent all the paperwork. Overall, I highly recommend this company as the staff are great, flexible and friendly.

Outstanding Support from the So Resi Team
We are currently in the process of purchasing our new home through So Resi, and our experience so far has been excellent.
From the outset, the team has been professional, friendly and supportive. Karen has been exceptional in guiding us through each stage of the process, always responding promptly, keeping us updated and answering our questions with patience and professionalism.

I cannot thank Sandhiya Mohindra and the SO Resi team enough for all of their support throughout my Rent to Buy journey.
From the very beginning, Sandhiya went above and beyond to help me. As this was my first experience with a Rent to Buy scheme, everything was completely new to me, and naturally I had lots of questions. The process involved some rigorous checks and paperwork, but Sandhiya was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring every step of the way.
She always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the process, and was always available whenever I called. Having someone so knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely caring made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
Thanks to Sandhiya, I have complete confidence that I am in safe hands with both her and the wider SO Resi team. The level of customer service I received has been outstanding, and I genuinely appreciate all of the time and effort she put into helping me.
I would 100% recommend Sandhiya to anyone considering a Rent to Buy property through SO Resi. She is a real asset to the company, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done.

Viewing experience
We had a very positive viewing experience with Edgar da Silva for the Ed City share ownership development. He was professional, answered all our questions thoroughly, and showed us everything in great detail. Just wanted to thank senior sales…
Just wanted to thank senior sales consultant Anna, she has been amazing, always takes the time to answer questions and explains everything in a way that makes sense. Through out the whole process she has given updates as to what is going on which has been very reassuring.
Buying a first home can be stressful but with all the support given by Anna, it’s made a difference, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would definitely recommend So resi to anyone.
