The sale of my shared ownership flat

So Resi have helped with the sale of my shared ownership flat and overall has been really positive. Lubna has been my main point of contact and she’s always being really responsive, friendly and helpful guiding me through the different stages. The photos and Rightmove listing all looked great too.

Excellent Experience

Excellent Experience, Ariana was amazing, very prompt at replying to all of my questions and kept me well informed during the process. They even went above and beyond to help with up front funding of conveyors

My process of selling was quick, efficient and very easy and simple to follow

After speaking with Temel I felt really


After speaking with Temel I felt really calm and reassured about the process of shared ownership. I’m confident if I ever had any further questions or needed assistance he would be there to ask. The apartment is lovely, and comes with everything I would need to make my home. Fingers crossed everything goes as planned with my mortgage application, but I can’t fault the service I’ve received. Really clear, helpful and friendly. Thanks Temel!

I have been dealing with Jacqui and Andrea throughout the process of getting on the property ladder through SO Resi. Everything is new to me and I'm absolutely clueless and a also a nervous wreck at times.

Big thank you to Edgar who helped me purchase my first shared ownership flat. Edgar guided me on what I needed to do to purchase the flat, regularly keeping me up to date on any timelines and clearly answered any questions I had.
Buying my first flat has been an extremely smooth and stress-free process!

So far our journey with So RESI has


So far our journey with So RESI has been plain sailing! We were kept in the loop with our allocation process and the whole team during this were amazing! They helped us choose our dream home and had all the details and answers to the questions we had. We are just waiting for our home to be finished and handed over but so far the communication has been phenomenal compared to other sales teams we have used for shared ownership on the past! We even get a monthly newsletter with all the building progress included!

We’ve had a really positive experience


We’ve had a really positive experience purchasing our flat with So Resi. The whole process can be quite stressful, but Klaudia made a huge difference for us. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and really pushed things forward when we needed it most. Her support and dedication helped speed up the process, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We’re very grateful for everything she’s done and would definitely recommend So Resi to anyone looking to buy a home.

Highly recommend going through the purchase process with SO Resi

I had an amazing experience with them. Edgar was very helpful and kind from the first time we spoke by phone. The entire team was also very professional, they explained everything and answered all my questions any time I needed. I never thought buying a property would be thst easy! Jacqui and the team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Jacqui was always available for viewings and consistently so helpful, approachable, and supportive at every stage.

Communication has been excellent and everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I’m really grateful for all the help and support along the way — it’s been very much appreciated.

SO Resi was perfect and very efficient

SO Resi was perfect and very effective in securing my new home, the whole process was extremely smooth thanks to Weronika and her team helping me along the way. They were very friendly from the start and handled all questions very well and provided me with all the info I needed to feel comfortable moving in. Would definitely recommend SO Resi for those looking to find a new home!

Klaudia at SoResi went above and beyond


Klaudia at SoResi went above and beyond to help us with what became a troublesome purchase. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of the process . Her calm can do attitude made it easier for us to ride the bumps we faced which sometimes were very frustrating she calmed the situation with her inimitable approach.
