Pour, drink, preserve the rest. That’s basically why I love it. I live alone and almost never finish a bottle in one night so this is perfect for me.

I got the aerator that I ordered, but it was supposed to include free gifts. 12 emails back-and-forth later with me digging through the trash to show them pictures of what was damaged they’re asking for more proof. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They policies are in place just to see if they can outlast the energy you want to put into their issues.

We had friends over this weekend and everyone wanted to know what this thing was. It became a whole event where we poured one glass normally and one through the Sorso and had everyone taste both. Pretty much everyone picked the Sorso glass. Also love the automatic measured pour when serving a bunch of people because nobody ends up with a tiny glass while someone else gets a bucket 😂

I’m usually the person who buys lot's of stuff online, uses them twice and forgets about them. This one has actually stayed on our wine bottles pretty much constantly. I like being able to select the amount because I have a habit of accidentally pouring myself half the bottle lol. The aeration is definitely noticeable too. Some wines seem to benefit more than others but overall they taste smoother to me.

Ordered Monday and had it by the end of the week. Well packed, nothing damaged and the box itself was surprisingly nice. Sorso works great so far.

My husband is really into wine and is also impossible to buy gifts for, so I took a chance on this. First of all the packaging is beautiful. It actually feels like you’re giving someone a proper gift rather than some random gadget you found online. He opened a Cabernet that night and immediately started testing it side by side 😂 He’s obsessed with it now. I think i did pretty well this year.

Mine wasn’t working properly when I first received it and I emailed support expecting the usual back and forth. They got back to me really quickly, asked me a couple questions and helped me sort it out that same day. Been working perfectly since. Really appreciate a company that actually helps you after they already have your money.

Love it. Very sleek and doesn’t look like another ugly kitchen gadget sitting on the counter. Easy to use too.

Was honestly expecting this to be more of a novelty gadget, but I’ve been using it almost every night since it arrived. The difference with red wine is definitely noticeable, especially right after opening the bottle. It also feels much better made than I expected. Solid, nice finish and looks great on the bottle.

Sadly another disappointed customer, first use it continually popped off the bottle when dispensing, second bottle on same night became completely non-responsive and has never turned on since. Warranty/Guarantee is a complete hoax, if you like throwing your money away on overpriced plastic junk, be sure to buy this product.

Out of 3 aerators we received, 1 works partially, and 2 not at all.
Terrible product.
We attempted to get a refund, but they have ignored our emails.
Terrible customer service - in some ways almost criminal.
90-day guarantee is worthless; they do not honor it.

I’ve had the aerator for one year. It was a nice appliance. I liked that an open bottle of wine could still taste fresh after several days. They claim 30, but I never got anywhere near having an open bottle of wine hang around for that long! But one year and two months in, the aerator just crapped out. The only thing it dispensed was bubbles of air and lots of gurgling noises. I emailed the company; was asked to send a video. They then suggested I do this and that and send more photos. This went back and forth over a few emails. When I finally showed some frustration with the fact that their product crapped out one year in, and what are we going to do about it—- they have yet to respond further. I’m still hoping they do right (whatever that may be), I liked the aerator and would like to continue liking and using it. But we shall see…..

I bought the product used it for a few weeks and the performance did not live up to the expectation. Emailed the customer support and they kept asking for videos of the problems. I did send in 1 video where it showed that the product would not take the air out of the bottle. Eventually just wanted to return the product. I sent 2 different emails asking how to return with no response. I eventually sent the product back to the address on the website and they now are saying that the address is not for returns. They said I needed to get another address for returns. If they had responded to my emails that would have helped. Now they say I cannot get a refund because I sent it to the wrong address. I would say worst customer service.

We bought two aerators. They worked fine for several weeks. We rinsed them out after every use. But then they just stopped sucking and dispensing wine. Both of them! After reading other user comments I am not going to bother trying to contact Sorso. Why waste more time and energy? This is an inferior and overpriced product. Do NOT buy. While you could be one of the lucky few whose unit does not fail you are more likely to have bought an expensive dud. Spend your big savings on buying a carafe and some fine wine. And go Old School and decant the wine. Sip it knowing you have spent your money on good wine rather than expensive junk.

After approx 6 months of use - the plastic insert broke connecting the tube to the unit - and the company failed to replace the unit after contacting them regarding this situation - this plastic insert appears to be inadequately manufactured and prone to breakage - I would not recommend this unit.

I absolutely love this product.
If you ever buy one, you will never want to do without!!
Love to experience the journey of different wines in this gift only makes Wine better.
Love the way it dispenses to every guest the same amount.
Love the way it aerates and the wine taste amazing.
Love the way you can leave it bottled for a couple of days if you’re only one person during drinking.

Can’t drink wine without this ever again
I was skeptical about all the great reviews I read regarding this product. First time use out of the box we did a side by side comparison of an expensive Cabernet out if the bottle and after going through the Sorso device. Blown away! It’s not just a little difference. The Sorso brought out scents and tastes that were missing directly from the bottle even after swishing the sample around for 30 seconds in a large wine glass. Well done Sorso!

Best wine investment i have ever bought, although i think the stem could use some improvement as it handles some bottles better then other's. Works perfect on any shiraz or cabernet reds, but it struggles to seal on your thicker bottles like merlot and pino, but simply hold it down is it works perfect.Would definitely recommend and would buy again if i ever needed to. Also makes an amazing gift as the packaging is super elegant!
