bought three of these aerators for my three daughters. They are all wine drinkers together with their partners. They opened them and immediately fell in love with them. They were impressed with the way they were charged up and ready to go after initially cleaning them. The depressurisation prossess is great to preserve the remaining wine in the bottle. Loved the way they were presented in the Sorso boxes.

The Sorso Wine Aerator, Preserver & Dispenser is a must have for ANY wine drinker. Whether you are drinking a $15 bottle of wine or a $50 bottle you have to get one. It is VERY simple to use; it helps to guarantee portion control, and it works exactly as advertised! I own one for myself and plan on getting more as gifts to family and friends. Maybe a future model will display ounces as well as ml, but in the meantime, I can do the conversion.

I love this device. My wine tastes great, I can control my portions for each glass and I can seal the bottle so the wine does not go to waste. I would buy another, and will be gifting this to friends and family!

This aerator is a dream. My wine is far superior than any other method of aeration I have used. Holds the charge for a good amount of time also. This aerator is really a game changer for making your wine full of flavor & smooth. I purchased this as a Christmas present for myself. Best present I received!

We just purchased some more of the source of wine stoppers and pour. Best product ever had. We use it constantly. I love these makes it so easy for me to just go up put my glass under there hit the button and out comes the wine perfectly poured also keeps the product so fresh even if you don’t use it for a few days or weeks. And I’ve also bought several for friends and family for gifts. Give it five stars would recommend people to purchase this product. Great company take care of you product ships immediately.

I bought the Sorso because I was curious if it would actually make a difference, and honestly, it does. I tried it with a bottle I had already opened before, so I knew what the wine usually tasted like. Straight from the bottle it was fine, but after using the aerator it tasted noticeably smoother and less sharp.
The flavors come through better and the pour feels very clean and easy. I also like that you can set the amount it pours, which is a small detail but actually really convenient when you’re serving people.

It looks nice on the counter too, so it feels like more than just another kitchen gadget. I’ve only had it for a short time, but so far I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who drinks wine regularly.

Sorso does not stand behind their wine aerator. Sealing silicone stopper is fragile and they will not replace it or even sell it to you as a spare part. It's a $5 part on a $150 product and, even though it's a known problem, they refuse to sell it as a spare part. Do not buy it!!!!

The first bottle that i used worked well.The second and third bottles only worked if I left the aerator connected to the charger. After that it became unusable. It would only turn on if the charger was attached,but nothing else worked.Contacted Sorso who requested video of what was happening.I got my son involved as he new how to take and send videos.Then they requested a video of something else,I contacted them again and asked for a full refund or replacement,or if they sent me a return postage bag I would return the aerator to them,for them to see exactly what the problem is.This message will probably be ignored and i won't have a replacement or a refund. It is still under warranty. Yea good one.

Do not buy here. They said you have 24hours to cancel when I reached out after 10 hours they said it was too late it had been shipped. two days later it said a shipping label had been made 6 days later it still shows that the item hasn’t been shipped. This is just wrong and misleading they said I could return when I get it but it shows I have to pay the shipping costs. I asked if they would waive this and they haven’t answered. All I ask is honour what you have set out as your terms. You can’t run a business and deceive your customers.

Should have read the reviews before we purchased, but my partner bought it as a gift for me for Christmas. It was great and I loved it, but then for some unknown reason it wouldn’t charge anymore. My partner emailed the business and they wanted us to send them a video. So we sent them a video. After proof it wasn’t going to charge they posted us another one. However, this 2nd one didn’t have any suction and kept popping off the bottle. Again they asked us for a video, but they weren’t satisfied with that video so they asked us a bunch of questions about the wine bottles we used and then wanted another video of both units together to see if they both did the same thing. How could we do that when the first one wouldn’t charge? When we received the 2nd one we asked them what we should do with the faulty one and they never responded. So we threw it out. When we told them that we couldn’t send them a video of the 2 units, they never responded again and 5 months later sending them a few more emails with no response, we gave up. Highly don’t recommend this protect since it is faulty. No chance of getting our money back now.

The concept is good, the product is TERRIBLE. After only 6 weeks of use, the aerator quit working. We tried for over a month to get help from the company. There were pictures and videos sent throughout the process. In the end, they refused to honor their warranty. They claimed we damaged the unit. We simply used the unit as instructed. Unless you are interested in wasting your money, do NOT buy this product.

Initially, I loved my Sorso wine dispensers, but then I did not.
My second unit developed a problem with the small, plastic tubing that the metal rod pushes into--it had a small crack in it, which meant that the device could not create suction.
I emailed the customer service team letting them know that I was enjoying their product until this issue and perhaps we could look for a solution together.
"NO", they considered that I had cracked the small plastic tube, and were not responsible.
I'm not sure how I might have done it, however in the spirit of compromise, I suggested that perhaps we could work together to find a solution, as the unit was 100% unusable.
Crickets.
Tried again-nicely.
Crickets.
Most disappointing.
They had an opportunity to maintain a positive customer experience, but failed.
And so I write this note to others.

terrible customer support. Gave me an address to ship back for a refund only to have it rejected by their employee and make me pay additional shipping for it to be sent back to me. No help from customer support, won't get any answer. Avoid at all cost

Although Sorso implies to sell a high quality product it is far from.
The product developed a crack within a week of use making it useless. The company considers this ‘normal’ wear and tear and does not offer replacement. The customer service is appalling and the issues appear to be recurring. I wish I would have none this before spending this amount on a product.

We purchased three Sorso units for our homes and have recommended the product to countless friends. For a while, we were genuinely happy with the system — until one unit stopped working less than six months after purchase.

That’s when everything fell apart.

Sorso’s customer service was shockingly poor. Instead of offering support or solutions, they repeatedly implied the issue was our fault. They provided no meaningful troubleshooting, no replacement options, and no sense of accountability. We were asked to send videos and attachments over and over again — easily a dozen times — with no progress and no real help.

The product works great… until it doesn’t. And when it doesn’t, the company completely fails to stand behind it. For customers who invested in multiple units and actively promoted the brand, it’s incredibly disappointing to receive zero recognition or support.

Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. No benefits to being a loyal customer, and no confidence that Sorso will stand behind their product when something goes wrong.

Delivery and Device Performance

The device was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and it performed well upon initial use. There were no issues related to the functioning of the unit itself.

Serious Safety Hazard: Charging Cable Incident

However, a significant issue arose with the charging cable that accompanies the device. The cable, which is designed to plug into a USB port, unexpectedly caught on fire sometime during the night. Fortunately, there were no flammable items nearby when the incident occurred. The damage was extensive: the cable housing became bubbled and melted, leaving scorch marks throughout, and the fire also damaged the marble countertop.

Customer Service Concerns

Following the hazardous event, an email was sent to the company via their website to report the issue and raise awareness of the potential danger. Despite the company's web support page stating that responses would be provided within 24 hours, no reply was received, and it has now been over three days since the initial outreach.

Overall Recommendation

In summary, while the device itself worked well and was delivered promptly, the lack of customer service and the dangerous charging cable present serious concerns. The cable poses a fire risk, and the absence of support makes it difficult to resolve such issues. It is strongly recommended to avoid this product.

Was supplied a unit, and at the time did not realise it was supplied not correctly assembled. Unit lasted 6 months before it failed where the pump no longer switched on. Customer Support is clearly lacking as they dont even understand the basics of their product nor fluid mechanics. They merely wasted my time during fault finding to state there is a tear in the silicone and refuse to provide any further support. The tear they refer to is not even remotley close to impacting performance at all based on the sealing location. Furthermore the tear is how they supplied unit. Dont waste your money on this product.
