Purchased sidekick app for a friend for Christmas because I have been using it for over a year now and absolutely love it. I have saved so much money, time and food since using this app that I wanted to share the love. Can't beat this product, 100% recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Not for my family. While the recipes were well thought out, we had difficulty making the meal packs work as we weren’t interested in all of the meals. My wife can’t eat garlic, so that eliminated almost every menu item. Also, the conversion to US measurements wasn’t great so that was an issue.

The web site is so easy to order from and my husband is a loyal fan of the program on YouTube he will love the books

The website is very easy to navigate and all products are clearly defined and explained wonderfully. I have used Sortedfoods website a few times in presentations to show how a website should look.

Thanks for the great experience! The meal packs subscription I bought is actually a gift for Christmas for my partner so we've not yet used it. I'm really looking forward to trying it though, I think it'll be a blast!

Ordering online from the website was simple. The order arrived well packaged as per order and on time. Would use again, no problem.

Terrible Sidekick app and a scam. There are only approx 200 recipes on the app which is crazy, and its is very obtuse to use. The search function is a joke and cannot find most food items. Won a free year from Gopuff and used it to buy a 1 year subscription. Luckily I noticed that the 1 month expiry date as I would be charged £49.99. My subscription on the app said it was for 1 year. I contacted them and they said I'm on a trial (I'm not) and I will be charged. I've cancelled and deleted this dodgy app.

I ordered the pretentious sweat sweatshirt. It just arrived and it says “pretentious sorted food”. I love you guys, so I’m okay with keeping this. But it wasn’t what I ordered.

Prompt delivery (even to other continents), great service

The starting email that was sent to me did not explain that to get any response I would have to send screen shots. Once I finally sent those over I had a response in 24hours.
The response was excellent, and provided what I needed. It was very professional. Thank you for your help.

The show is just absolutely hillarious fun paired with really useful information about cooking and every day hacks to further yours own expertise.
The merchandise is on theme, prices are fair, if you want to support the show.
And with the quality of the products there is absolutely no fault.
Only small annoying point ist, that the delivery has to get through customs, but thats not the fault of the sorted crew.

Customer service was helpful, seemed to actually care about my service experience, and addressed my problem quickly and effectively.
