It important for me to let everyone know that SOS auto protect will not cover what they say they will cover and then you better have a lot of time to wait for an approval . They are liars and thieves I made more than 15 phone calls and so did the dealership only for them to tell me they would give me a full refund if I took my review down DONT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to get ripped and have to pay for everything anyway

Alex Brooks was patient and easy to work with. While I was shopping for a new car I went to the dealer with his quote at the ready. It saved me time in the financing room. I got a great deal to cover my new to me 2021 Tahoe z71 bumper to bumper, moreso the peace of mind knowing that for the next five and a half years or 100k milage my vehicle will be covered, and from my cross referencing with no hassle and done right!

I had been filling out online and calling around looking for a warranty company. My factory warranty was expiring and because my car is a push start and all electric I knew I needed one. Just when I was about to give up hope I received a call from Joyce and she was a God send. She walked me through the process and offered me a really great deal that I couldn't pass up. Alex was very informative and helpful throughout and even after the process of buying the warranty. He explained each question I had very thoroughly. And even helped lower the price a little for me. I haven’t had to use the warranty yet but I know if I do need it Alex will be helpful throughout the claims process.

I bought this warranty thinking I probably wouldn’t need it but when my AC condenser quit it paid for itself. From the time I called to the shop getting paid was less than 24 hours.

Rep was not as experienced seemed like a recent hire and or training.. Supervisor came on line without any introduction with an AGREESIVE salesmen tactic which was unwarranted..

Didn't cover anything!!! paid a lot of money up front to this company because I trusted the salesman...do your research!!! rental car in shop for 3 days, didn't cover anything!!!!
