After shopping around for a service contract on a recently purchased vehicle, I got nothing but the run-a-round from other service providers until I found "SOS Auto Protect"...
They offer so much more for your money than any other company I have dealt with, I'm serious...
It was hassle free with NO sales person trying to talk fast & force you into something that you would regret once you sign the contract.
It was very straightforward, I purchased the Supreme plan that covers so much more for the price than any other vehicle service plan on the market today... I'm glad I chose SOS Auto Protect

Friend of mine had SOS and told me they were solid. Had a $3,500 repair on my rear differential and SOS covered it fully. So glad I listened.

The shop found a bad bearing in my front axle. They called SOS, got approval quickly, and the bill was handled before I even came to pick up my truck. Couldn’t believe how smooth it was.

My transfer case started leaking and needed a full rebuild. The repair was over $6,700 but SOS Auto Protect covered the whole thing. No arguments, no reimbursement games, just direct payment. Honestly impressed.

I was nervous about using a warranty when my starter went out but SOS Auto Protect made it so easy. They talked to the shop, approved it fast, and I didn’t pay a dime.

My shop said they liked working with SOS because they don’t waste time. That was true when I needed a new rack and pinion unit. Claim was fast, payment was direct, and I was back driving by the next day.

At first I wasn’t sure if extended warranties were worth it. After my fuel pump failed, I changed my mind real quick. SOS approved it right away and paid the shop without making me jump through hoops.

Heard about SOS from a coworker who had a great experience. When my sunroof motor failed, I filed a claim and it was handled the same day. No arguing, no weird fine print.

I was searching for an extended warranty for my 2021Range Rover Sport with 43k miles because my factory warranty was expiring in October. I started with a Land Rover (LR) dealer. They quoted me $7000 for a 3yr/36k mile bumper to bumper after market warranty. They said LR recently stopped issuing extending warranties so they now sell a third party warranty. The finance MGR stated he was selling it to me at his cost because I was a loyal LR customer & had purchased the car from them. He showed me his computer screen to demonstrate his cost being 7k.

Since it was a third party company, I went to the internet and found several companies (too many) offering extended warranties. Some were only available for purchase through a dealer.

I went to my AI app (Perplexity) to research the top companies. “SOS Auto Protect” was noted to be a solid option and among the industry best.

I made the call to SOS Auto Protect and talked with Adam Miller, then subsequently with Daniel, Adam’s Mgr to finalize the contract. Adam and Daniel were both factual with no sales hustle which I appreciated. They offered me their top tier “Ultimate” policy, 5yr/75k miles for half the price the dealer quoted. I was shocked, causing me to ask many questions. Every question was answered to my satisfaction and amazement. The policy and price seemed too good to be true. They even encouraged me to have repairs done at a LR dealership and to use OEM parts.

I called a dealer and two other local repair shops. Each indicated they had experience with SOS Auto Protect and had no complaints. They honored OEM part replacement and paid full labor. Ok, that’s what I needed to hear.

I now have the “Ultimate” (bumper to bumper) SOS Auto Protect 5yr/75k mile policy. It was half the price the dealer quoted me for their 3yr/36k mile policy (at their cost - ha, typical dealer).

I have yet to use the warranty but feel my research will bode me well. I’m pleased with the no nonsense conversations and great pricing for a quality policy. Do your research and I believe your due diligence will deliver you to SOS Auto Protect as it did me.

A buddy of mine recommended SOS Auto Protect when I bought my used car. Glad he did. Had an issue with the ignition coils and they handled it like pros.

Jessica was awesome. I had no idea how to file a claim, but she walked me through every step. My alternator went out unexpectedly and I was worried I’d be stuck without a car for days. She got things moving quick, and within 48 hours the shop had what they needed to start the repair. Super thankful for the help.

I had my doubts about extended warranties, but SOS proved me wrong. Had a major repair come up (timing belt) and they covered it like they said they would. The process was straightforward, and the rep I talked to was friendly and not pushy at all. Honestly felt more like help than sales, which was refreshing.

Mike helped me through a rough situation when my transmission started acting up. He was super patient, explained everything clearly, and even followed up with the repair shop for me. The claim was approved faster than I expected and I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

My A/C blew out in July. They handled it, no stress. Worth every penny tbh.

Claim got approved fast and the shop got paid directly. Way easier than I thought it would be.

Didn’t expect much but they actually came thru. Covered my water pump with no drama. Easy process.

Alex was extremely helpful throughout the process. While I comparison shopped, he was the most thorough and forthcoming regarding the coverages, prices, etc.

Extremely disappointed. Had high hopes. When you’re trying to get a warranty from them, their customer service is great. I filed my first claim, both the repair shop and me have been trying to contact them. The number (833) 571-0253 goes through a service desk who would put down your info and will tell you a representative will contact you within 1 business day. It’s been 4 days and my repair shop and me still haven’t heard from them. I’m requesting refund at this point.
