YA'LL, they have rebranded themselves as a company called Kelly Obi. They literally have the exact same clothes that Souk + Sepia had. I am sooooo annoyed because they truly were my favorite and turned out to be a fraud! smh! We have got to do better!!

I have several items from this company, and looking for more! Unfortunate to hear of the bad reviews because I had NO problems at all and continue to get numerous compliments when I wear their garments! Readers, take all reviews with a grain of salt...satisfied customers RARELY take the time to post about their good experiences, I am sure the positives outweigh the negatives.

Awful quality and they charge 3x the price for mass produced clothing which I thought were unique to this shop. They don't accept returns. A complete scam! I will never shop from a "boutique" again. I'm stuck with an ugly dress that doesn't fit me and paid 3x the price for it. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company in October 2022. Never received my order. Placed several emails with no response and also filed a dispute with PayPal. As of today April 12, 2023; still no resolution.

I placed an order with LUX Suk November 2022 and I still have not received my order 4 months later. I’ve emailed lux Suk numerous times, someone name Russ has responded stating they’d circle back around to me within 48 hours. I haven’t from this company since 12/14/2022.

Souk sepia is a scam website I place a order for 40.00 on 12/15/22 I have not received my order as of 1/29/23.

Beware Buyers do not purchase, it was once a legit company. I have no idea what has happen. They are taking people money illegally without sending products.

I placed an order on 11/4/22, sent a follow up email on 12/2/22 and was given a phone number to text, NO RESPONSE! Contacted them again on 12/28/22, still NO RESPONSE! As of today 1/18/23, I still haven't gotten a RESPONSE or PRODUCT! Just $100(plus) dollars down the drain! I'm hoping that it's not too late to stop payment! Lesson learned, I will never order from this place again!

I placed an order on 11/14/22. I have not received the items yet?I contacted them on 12/4, I received an email saying they will get back to me in 2-3 business days. Still no follow up. I today had to report them to my bank. Do not purchase from them. They will steal your money.

I received the jacket after 6weeks and I have no idea how to even put it on there are rough edges and the buttons at the top do not close the coat. This is nothing like the picture. But it looks like you’re closed anyway.

Placed an order on 11/4/2022, like 3 weeks went by no tracking information was given, so now its the week after Thanksgiving I need my shoes for an event still no tracking info. so I start emailing, inbox on facebook finally on 11/30/22 someone responded via email and refunded me. Now its 12/12/22 I have not gotten my refund nor do I have their product. so I check my account no refund got my bank to research what happen this company decline my refund on 12/6/22. so now I'm emailing again trying to figure what's the problem now.

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is TRASH! I wish iInhad read the reviews beforehand. They are giving authentic black owned companies a bad name. I places an order and have yet to receive any follow-up information in regards to shipping or anything. Only shop with black owned vendors in person is what I will be doing moving forward or from a true reliable source.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered one of their items in October and the progress is still, hasn't shipped as of December 9th. I asked them to cancel the order several times in mid November and in December asking to return my money, neither has been done yet.
