Good selection of pots. The ones that I've had so far have been very tasty. Will buy again.

Just spotted this brand at my local Co-Op. A passing staff member said it was new in the store & I should try it. I did, and purchased the Butternut, Lentil and Spinach hotpot. It was absolutely delicious and I plan to try out the other options soon. The re-usable lidded plastic container is a bonus - how thoughtful.

Excellent service, delivery and food. A little too spicy for me generally, but I'll be ordering the milds ones again.

I really love the food. It has so much flavour and goodness and so quick and easy. Very good value for money.

Food is great. Fresh and healthy.

Only thing that could be better is packaging. Small pots arrive in a massive box way too big for what is inside. Then have to get rid of the big box. Apart from this a great service.

As usual, the food was wonderful. However, there was a slight mix up with some items in my order - this is the first time this has happened and I was offered a refund for the incorrect items. I used the 'contact us' box to feed this back but happened to receive a call the following day from someone who 'just wanted to check my food arrived as expected' as they had had a few scheduling problems - he processed the refund for me, so I don't know if the 'contact us' option actually works.
Sadly, the delivery wasn't great - the boxes were left at the front door, rather than in the 'safe place' I had specified in the delivery instructions

Excellent home delivery service, which is free if you order 12 Onepots. The best before dates were plenty long enough for me to either use the Onepots or put them in my freezer.

The food is delicious, well packaged and arrives on time! There are lots of flavour choices and more importantly, a lot of gluten free options.

Food is great, but problems with both orders so far. No reply to email when reporting problem, which is a shame.

The products themselves are good - but the online shopping experience was very disappointing. I took my time to do an order, happy to be able to get a wider variety than in the supermarket. Everything went fine, order confirmed, money taken right away. The following day, I saw an email that I got a refund because apparently they don't deliver to my area. If you don't deliver to ordinary addresses in Scotland (close to ABERDEEN, not anywhere near the Highlands or Islands), then just make that clear right from the start - otherwise you just waste people's time.

I've tried four of Soulful Foods soups and loved them all. They are very tasty and nourishing, and I intend to continue purchasing soups from Soulful Foods on a regular basis from now on. Absolutely delicious!

I love these meals as they are full of flavour and good for you and the planet. They freeze well so it is worth buying a selection and storing them for use in the future. Delivery is reliable and when I had to contact customer service they were as nice as possible and sorted everything out very quickly.

I would highly recommend Soulful Pots, they are unbelievably delicious and the best bit is, there are no nasty additives.
I bought my first two pots at the Co op and was SO impressed with them that I decided to order the 12 pack directly from Soulful. I will definitely be ordering more, the delivery was quick and efficient and they even allow you to return the packaging for free.
Next time, I’ll keep all 12 for myself though, rather than giving them to friends and family to try, and incidentally, they all agree with me, totally delicious!!!!

Nice food, found the re order process tricky as as I tried to skip the month but it came anyway while I was in between changing my order for next month. Ended up with less than I needed to last a month now more next month. I guess it will all work out?

Love Soulful Food. The ordering is so easy and the choice on offer is fab, especially the vegan range. But what surpasses all of that is the quality of the food. I love that all pots are under 400 cals so makes dieting enjoyable :)

I love the product, find it very use full to have as a ready and enjoyable lunch for eg. Ordering and delivery is always straightforward and prompt.

My only concern is the packing is it 100% recyclable? Can we somehow return it to you to reuse?

First delivery arrived un-frozen, with only one carton barely slushy. No responses, despite repeated queries as to whether this entire case can be re-frozen. Cancelled my subscription. Poor service all around.
