I found Field Doctor online after being advised to follow a low fodmap diet. I'm now on my second order. The meals are absolutely delicious. I feel so much better eating the meals. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. I would absolutely recommend Field Doctor not only for those who have dietary requirements but for anyone wanting to eat wholesome, delicious food. Thank you Field Doctor for providing an excellent service 😁

So when you think you have ordered something, and are focussing on paying, you miss that if you don't check "one off", they'll just keep coming. Then you learn another is on its way, and lo, it is too late to cancel because it's on its way. How many people have never used you again after that experience?

The reply confirms that the default setting is continuous deliveries, and that if you don't spot, and click on, "one off" at the end, just before you pay, you get continuous deliveries. No "number of emails" were received. Only a notice that something was being delivered, and a statement that it was too late to cancel. Do you care about your customers enough to have "one off" as the default option???

Very happy with my first purchases.
The fodmap dinners are incredibly wellmade and very tasty.
I needed to go on the fodmap diet for a month to help try and eliminate food intolerance, heal my stomach from them while, importantly, getting the right nutritional balance.
Trying to make the meals in the right portions required and eliminating the possible triggers was a bloody nightmare and very costly buying all those expensive ingredients seperately so I was so pleased I found Field Doctor. I ordered 10 amazing FODMAP dinners for just £65 with the discount 🤗 I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive and the courier followed my instructions.

Ive loved all of them so far. I'm a stickler for good food and a hater of processed chemical filled 'food'.
I am feeling better already.
Constant hungover head ache gone. Stomach is settled. Body feeling much less anxious due to intolerances..unknown but I have a private appt on 7th April for hydrogen breath tests and bacterial overgrowth test..all of which will reveal lactose, glucose, fructose, sucrose intolerances, which are major triggers..All of which OUR GP'S DONT TEST FOR!!.
They only test for allergies....

Had this delivered a few times now. Delivery is reliable and can be on a Saturday which is really useful, as I work during the week and the food arrives frozen. However, I've become less keen on some of the ingredients, eg chickpeas, quinoa, so the meals aren't as tasty as I'd hoped.

Still no gluten free dairy free lasagne back on the menu. :( A lot of the low fodmap meals now have parmesan added which were previously dairy free (like the veggie olive pasta).. all well and good that parmesan low in lactose but for the serious IBS mast cell people like myself.. cows milk casein sensitivity on the gut still a thing. :(

I have ordered the low fodmap meals 3 times now and have been overall pretty happy, mostly because of the convience and not having to worry about the meals containing anything harmful. There is a good variety and the meals are high in protein and fibre. I would say the meals are quite expensive without a discount code. I do realllyyyy wish there wasn't so much spinach in them though. It becomes very watery and slimy and I often just pick it out. My favourite meals have been chilli con carne and aromatic chicken tagine. Their customer service is fantastic though and are quick to respond to any issues.

Im on low FODMAP diet and found it very confusing to cook a meal. Im glad I found fielddoctor, their meals are not only tasty, also the ingredients are very good, and mainly soothing for my stomach. There is also plenty variety of dishes to choose from.

Sadly very disappointed with the meals. The fish pie was just a watery, tasteless slop and several of the other meals (eg thai curry and cottage pie) gave me horrific indigestion leaving me sleepless nights. No idea what's in them to do that, but not something I normally experience with others of the same food type. Taste is really underwhelming and portions small with little meat- difficult to justify the premium price. Also the plastic film doesn't seem to be at all possible to separate from the tray liners for recycling, so they end up in the bin. Their email system is also pretty clunky and keeps trying to persuade you to order something even when you've already done so! Altogether not a great experience and I won't be ordering any more.

Field doctor honestly has the beet macros out there for a subscription meal plan that I have tried (and I have tried a lot). The portions are perfect, good macros (to keep me energised throughout the week), especially during busy working periods. Field doctor also provided me the energy I need at the gym for my workouts. Given I need enough protein during the week to fuel my training, Field Doctor gives me sufficient options to cater my diet each week to what I need for my weekly needs. Also it tastes incredible! 100% field doctor is part ot my meal routine :) keep it up, guys! The founders also personally reach out to you should there be any delivery concerns etc. big supporter of this business!

The customer service following a delay by the delivery firm was excellent. Got a brand new fresh delivery with no hassle. Food is excellent and good portion sizes

The best ready meal company out there. If you care about your health, these guys are the best option. Real whole ingredients only and nothing else.

Every meal ticks so many nutrient boxes; complex carbs, lentils, fish/protein.

The meals are also very tasty!

Food is fine comparing to other services. Frozen delivery is also a big plus. There are a couple of dishes we like, for example risotto and pastas (especially with additional cheese added).

But subscription plan is too inflexible. ~£60 min cap leads to too big orders. We don't need so much food every week and there is no option for once in two week delivery.

Maintaining a healthy diet can be difficult when life gets busy. A friend recommended Dr Field to me, and I have been really pleased with the service so far.

I must credit the customer service team after being emailed directly. I will definitely reorder when there are new dishes available. The chicken in white wine sauce is my favourite.*

The meals are great for convenience but the options that feel like the same sauce just in different configurations (the Chicken Pad Thai, Malaysian Tofu Curry and Thai green curry are the exact same sauce and flavour) which is disappointing. I do have a restricted diet (dairy, gluten and tomato free) so I appreciate that this limits my options but I would expect there to be variation across three different meals. I don't know if the menu ever changes but have messaged to enquire.

These meals really helped me during my elimination phase of my low-fodmap diet. Highly recommend.

Some of the meals are a bit mushy, they are not cheap at full price, and the delivery service has been hit and miss, BUT the weight is falling off me and I feel fantastic, full of energy. Having the meals there in the freezer means its easier to eat healthily than it is to eat ultra processed convenience junk. Life changing.

What a transformation to my elderly mother’s gut health. After coming out of hospital after 8 weeks, we had nothing but very very upset stomach issues. My brother finally listened to me regarding her diet. I put her on dairy free and gluten free meals and it transformed her. She really enjoys all the meals but did mention more potatoe dishes instead of so many rice 😁. I’ve now changed a few meals to just gluten free for variety

I haven't received my order. DHL have let you down and me down again.

The meals I've tried are totally inedible.. what a disgraceful waste of money.

All meals are tasty and meet the health needs of the individual. I chose meals to reduce inflammation and these meals have delivered fully on this. I would recommend them.
May be worth introducing a slightly larger meal size for larger appetites. This size satisfies me at 5ft tall and 48 kg weight but my husband needs a more filling meal size
