I absolutely love soulmates! They are the sweetest crew. They take their time making sure each order is made with love and they make sure it comes out perfect. They are about their customers so much. Keida is doing her thing and she is doing amazing at it! 🫶🏼 I’ve already gotten 3 hoodies from them and I fall in love each and every time.

I had an issue with the delivery of my package after ordering, but I contacted the company and they were incredibly kind. Keida herself responded immediately and helped me warmly.❤️❤️❤️

They are a great group of girls who are professional and responsible! I ordered a sweater from them a year or two ago for my partner, they love it, wear it alllll the time and the quality of the embroidery is still in top shape! Their Customer service & communication team is amazing!

Ive recently been buying from soulmate customs and they come out soooooo cute. I’m very picky with certain things and they redid them in my preapproval and were so nice. Always helpful and any questions I had they answered. I got a sweater that wasn’t what was on the preapproval but they helped me with everything, sent me a new one and let me know what was going on. They did mess up again but here so understanding and helpful that they gave me a discount. Bruna was super sweet and explained everything needed.

Everything is always perfect everytime! I ordered a lot of times and it always comes in perfect condition! If there is something wrong with the order they always contact you! They are the best❤️

I have ordered from them before and the recipient LOVED it and then like 1-2yrs later I ordered mine and I did have to wait because I ordered it when they were still on their Hoilday Break from Christmas, BUT it turned out SOOOOO good, SoulmateCustoms is a wonderful company for custom gifts.

I’m very happy with my Soulmatecustoms order. They did a great job with engraving the 50 year old photo of my husband and me on two keychains. He loved his surprise gift. Excellent customer service.

It turned out perfect absolutely loved it!

I’ve had a few back and forths with customer service on my orders, and can say that they do their best where they can.

I’ve had a misprint on one of my engraved necklace orders and they fixed it for me.

Other times we’ve had back and forths about details of my custom engravings to make sure it was correct and they did an amazing job.

I do think some improvements can be made in terms of their FAQ and feedback structure given that there’s a lot of customization; also some of the product quality can be improved, but overall I’m very satisfied with this business and its offerings.

I ordered a spicy necklace with a picture of me and my cat (as we're two partners in crime). But I missed the option to leave a comment on the order, knowing my picture might not be suitable for the necklace I chose. Took a while to get here. But when I finally received it, it turned out someone chose to only engrave half of the picture. I was really disappointed as someone from their customer service had assured me earlier that they would contact me before making important changes to the design, if they felt it was necessary.

After contacting their customer service again they offered a new necklace with engraving with a different design choice, my cats engraving on the front and my engraving on the back. They were open, fast and thorough with their customer service in the decision process for the second necklace and made sure it would turn out perfect and I was included in the whole process.

When the second necklace was done they shipped it to me with priority mail so it arrived very very fast! And honestly the second necklace couldn't be more perfect.. its amazing and i couldn't be happier about how it turned out!!

Overall I'm very happy about the product and very happy with their customer service! 10/10 would recommend!!
