What Sound Advice has just told me on the phone is totaly different to the reply given on Trust Pilot. I am extremely disapointed about this. When I had my hearing test in September 2026 I was never told by anyone at Sound Advice I had an anual test in August 2025. The Hearing test lady said I had a hearing test in March 2025. There was no confusion over dates. I was not aware at the time my warranty for the hearing aid had run out either, I was told this on the day of my recent hearing test in Sept 2026. I was definately not told prior either by anyone else at Sound Advice. All I was told on the day was I would have to pay for the repair of my broken hearing aid because the warranty had run out. There was no oppology either from Sound Advice not telling me previously. No one before that time at Sound Advice said my warranty had run out even in 2025 I was definatly not told. It appears from the reply from Sound Advice on Trust Pilot they have tried covering up what I actualy said on the phone to them to make things look good on there part. To be honest I have been let dowm and I am very shocked about this. I have definatley made the correct decision to go elsewhere. The other company I have gone with are far more profesional they are truthful and dont tell lies either.

Excellent reception and service, nothing too much trouble, minor problems completed quickly and information on follow up was brilliant.

The welcome, thorough ear exam subsequent and conversations have been excellent. Louise listened carefully to feed-back about hearing aid trails and continued to work hard to come up with the right solution.

First class service from Derrick, Gemma and Lorraine from start to finish. It’s apparent from the beginning that you are dealing with absolute professionals who are intent on getting the very best hearing experience for each individual. Nothing was too much trouble. A definite plus is the trial period - in my case several adjustments and tweaks carried out to ensure the hearing aids operated perfectly for me. There is no hard sell - everything thoroughly explained. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, no waiting and a well a managed appointment to syringe my ears. Video was taken before and after to show they were clear.

How wonderful to encounter an audiologist who understands the challenges of wearing hearing aids. Her adjustments to my aids made everyday life so much more pleasant.

I was particularly impressed by the diagnostic skills shown by the audiologist which resulted in extremely satisfactory hearing aids with a different prescription for each ear. My hearing aids are vastly superior to any I had previously tried. The staff at Sound Advice in Winchester are very helpful, well informed & proactive.

Although a client for several years a very clear explanation as to what the tests involved and the purpose of the test was fully explained.
How and when I was using my hearing aid was analysed with recommendations on how to improve and increase the benefits of my hearing aids.
Gemma was excellent at understanding how i was not obtaining the maximum benefit from my hearing aids and gave me good, clear advice on how to improve my use.

Louise is a very professional Audiologist with a kind and pleasant manner I have been wearing hearing aids for some time now and Louise always gives me excellent customer care whenever I have a problem big or small, she is always kind and knowledgeable and ready to listen.

Had a hearing test last year and purchased new hearing aids after my test. Since then I have had ears cleaned
and re-tested to check my settings on the ear pieces were correct. All the staff I dealt with were courteous, caring and informative and most of all honest with me.
I would never go anywhere else and am grateful that I can now distinguish voices in group settings.
