The Spicy Dog Groomer レビュー 

We saw Leanne with our dog Rolo yesterday. It was for a desensitisation session to get him used to everything that goes with being groomed. It went really well mainly due to Lianne being sensitive to Rolos needs & knowing how to ease him in gently. I'm just gutted that we don't live nearer to carry on with Leanne as I believe that a full groom could have been achieved at the next appointment.

Lianne always does an excellent job. Peggy really loves her and she loves Peggy. She gets so excited when she sees her. I feel she truely cares about all dogs and gives 100%.

So very pleased my nervous dog was happy and looked amazing.
Last groomers said she is too upset maybe don’t bring her back.
But here she is happy and even enjoys her groom 🙏🏻

As always Hendricks loved his groom and came home happy and smelling delicious!

Another wonderful experience for our pooch, who is nervous. Looked beautiful and smelt amazing. Leanne not only takes care of the dog she is grooming but keeps owners updated during process and makes recommendations. Thanks again for another great groom. Highly recommend

This is our boy’s 3rd time. He is a nervous boy and doesn’t like being away from his parents but Lianne has managed to clean his ears, trim his nails and even get him in a bath (not an easy feat when he’s a 50kg mastiff!)

To say we’re really pleased and impressed is an understatement.

Had such a brilliant experience with both my doggies. Lianne was fantastic with them and they looked and smelled great. Was so relieved to get their paws sorted as due to bad experiences with groomers in the past we had been trying to groom them ourselves at home so they looked pretty messy when I took them in. Lianne made me and them feel relaxed and I've already booked back in with Lianne. So happy I found this groomers.

We’ve taken our Collie to Lianne twice now and will not go anywhere else. She treats every dog as her own and does a great job with the groom. Willow is always happy to see her even tho she usually hates the bath 🤣

Liannes love and care about what she does, is second to none, the time and patience and pure love she gives our dogs she takes on those that are scared and puts them at ease, her socialisation sessions to Grooming are superb, for the dog and the owner. Winnie loves a visit for a pamper to her Lianne.

Lianne is an amazing dog groomer. We have used her for our puppy’s first groom so she got used to the routine. We have used her multiple times since and our little one seems to enjoy it and always comes back looking gorgeous. Lianne is great for advise to help keep her from getting matted. We would certainly recommend her to anyone who has a puppy or a nervous dog or any dog for that matter!

Our pup is a nervous, little dog who hates being groomed. After arriving very tentative, she came out very happy and content. It was great how Lianne asked lots of questions before grooming and during the groom played with our dog to make it more fun than stressful. She came out happy and looking lovely - the groom was exactly what I had asked for!

I have tried several dog groomers in my area (Bedfordshire).
Unfortunately, none of them was capable to cut my dog nails…. You could barely see the attempt to clip a 1-2mm! Apparently I have a really difficult dog who refuses trimming her nail.
I had a one to one booked and thought I will book a groom with Lianne!
I’m so glad I did! Miraculously she was able to cut my girls nails shorter than I ever seen before! Since then, I am travelling over 2 hours regularly just to see Lianne!
Really knowledgeable, my dog comes out sparkling clean and stays fluffy for ages! With lovely, short nails 🙏😊

Fantastic experience at Southend Dog grooming. I have taken my Border terrier there and Lianne has done a brilliant job. Monty my BT can be difficult and had never been groomed before. Lianne was so calm and really took her time with him making sure not to push him too far. He looked and smelled amazing when he came out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lianne is so good with my nervous 'Princess' of a pooch who always comes out happier and smelling much better than she goes in.

Highly recommended.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my puppy in for his first experience at the groomers. Nothing was rushed and everything was done with him in mind 😊 he had the best time and hopefully won’t mind going back next month!

This is my second visit to Southend Dog Grooming, with my Bichon Frise puppy Oscar, who is 11 months old now.

On both occasions I have been extremely pleased that Lianne has done such a fantastic job of giving Oscar a superb Bichon Frise groom and haircut.

I really wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. As soon as we got home, I booked again for Oscars next grooming appointment.

I just cannot recommend the highly enough. Thank you very much for taking such good care of Oscar. Thank you so much.

My GSD was always nervous and hated every minute at the groomers. Lianne has only seen him twice now, but has already earned his trust. It’s such a pleasure to see how happy he is being left there. He looks and smells delicious when he comes out too. Thank you Lianne for all your patience and kindness.

This was our 3rd visit to the grooming parlour and a very positive session. Our dog was unhappy with the dryer so lianne took the time to take him into their field to dry in the sun, so not only a good bath, but time to play too. This also helped with his reactivity around other dogs as there were customers having training sessions in other part's of their property and lianne was able to carry on with his training as well. When we returned we joined them in the field and it was obvious our dog was very happy. A very positive session. Thank you once again lianne. Happy dog = happy owners x

Had my very nervous Staffy’s claws but by Lianne and she was fab. Really patient and gentle (but also no nonsense) and took his diva dramatics in her stride. She barely even acknowledged the scratch she received from his razor like claws! Highly recommend and wished I lived closer so I could use her regularly
