Ash was very helpful from first contact with him. Kept us informed throughout the boiler installation process and was more than happy to assist with any support required. The installation team were very polite and courteous. They kept their work area tidy and provided a first class professional service. Would definitely recommend Ash for anyone looking for this support and service.

Fantastic service from Kyler and Corey at Southern Smart Energy which took 6 weeks from first phone call to the full fitting of new boiler and insulation under the Government energy scheme.
They were in regular contact throughout and the fitting of boiler from old conventional with hot water cylinder to combi by the very efficient 1st call Gas Company of Sheffield was completed in 1 day.
Thank you to all concerned for a great job and would recommend any one who thinks they might qualify to get in touch with Southern Smart Energy.

Absolutely incredible experience with this company. From the very first call, Corey was so helpful. My mum received a brand new boiler under the ECO4 scheme, no cost at all to her.

We are skeptical of anything that seems 'too good to be true' - but Corey reassured us from day one. And we are blown away by the level of service received. Total peace of mind knowing they sorted my mum out with a new boiler and look after her.

This was a replacement boiler for my parents. We were notified throughout for the procedure and fitting dates by Corey. The two fitters were very approachable and explained what would happen. Everything was cleaned up and the boiler is working great. I would thoroughly recommend Corey and Southern Smart Energy to have as your supply and install company

Ash had seen the flue at the side of our house and gave us a knock. He was very polite and told us what we could have if we met one of the criteria. We did meet one of the criteria so we said yes to him because our boiler was 23 years old. So we've had a new boiler fitted, a radiator in the loft bedroom, a replacement radiator in the downstairs toilet. All fitted very professionally, but the best thing (wait for it.........) TOTALLY AT NO COST TO OURSELVES BECAUSE IT IS GOVERNMENT GRANTED. 10 out of 10 for everything!!!!

Ash Evans arranged this all for me. I had doubts about applying but Ash explained everything and reassured me that it would all go through smoothly and the order in which things would happen. My loft has now been insulated and my new boiler has been fitted. All the tradesmen were professional and friendly and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend SSE and Ash Evans.

SSE provided a fantastic service replacing my old boiler, it was installed with a matter of weeks with excellent communication throughout. Initially, when I was approached about the government scheme for a new boiler I was very hesitant to trust what was being said and did shun the idea. However, after thorough research, I decided to proceed, and I'm delighted to say that my experience exceeded all expectations.

From the outset, communication with the scheme's representative (Corey) was excellent. He guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and provided clarity at every stage.

On the day of installation, the engineers arrived promptly and conducted themselves with professionalism and expertise. Not only did they complete the installation efficiently, but they also maintained a tidy workspace throughout the process.

By the end of the day, I had a brand new boiler installed, and the entire process was seamless. I couldn't be happier with the results. The boiler is working perfectly, and I have peace of mind knowing that it was installed by competent professionals. I have all the paperwork to prove the installation was completed by certified people.
