We’ve had a great experience with Southern Solutions supporting our company across two regions in the UK. Kieran Percival has been excellent to work with — extremely technical, highly knowledgeable, and always quick to respond with effective solutions.

The wider team are equally professional, reliable, and easy to deal with, providing consistent support whenever needed. Overall, a very dependable IT partner and a pleasure to work with.

They are incredibly quick at resolving issues, highly knowledgeable, and always on hand whenever support is needed. Southern Solutions took over the MSP provision for a longstanding client of mine 5 months ago. The switch was seamless (despite the client's fears!) and the service they provide is already exceeding expectations. I believe every single member of the team (around 15-20 people) has spoken with the support team at some point and all of them have been delighted with the outcome: friendly, patient and professional on every occasion.
