I had my last session for Microneedling today with Leeanne pleased with the session it was good I loved how she discussed with me my skin concern and advised me for the suitable treatment Am happy 🙂 and would like to get other treatment done in future she was excellent in explaining all.

I recently visited Cyntia at the South William Clinic in Clontarf, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Cyntia was welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease.

She took the time to thoroughly understand what I needed, explained every step of the process with expert care, and delivered flawless results. Her attention to detail and warm, professional manner are second to none. The clinic itself is gorgeous, spotless, and runs like clockwork.

If you are looking for top-tier skin or aesthetic treatments in Clontarf, I couldn't recommend Cyntia highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Was visiting the clinic for a consultation, Alexandra was very nice and professional. She explained all available to me procedures and we went through pros and cons of each. I had very positive experience throughout. Anna at the reception was very welcoming, the clinic is very clean and well designed ensuring comfort and discretion.

Very disappointing experience. My order took far too long to be dispatched, and I had to email them twice just to get the cream sent.
When it finally arrived, I was unhappy with the condition of the product. Instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund, they told me they would contact Medik8 on my behalf.
Poor communication, slow dispatch, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this store.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered moisturiser 5th August and still hasn’t been delivered. Promised dispatch 24th of August then again nothing. Requested refund and still no communication. Absolute joke of a company. Do NOT use.

Placed online order last friday 29th August 2026. I received an email on wednesday to go pick-up the order from Clontarf. When i went to get it yesterday the Lady said they never received the order & that it 'might' arrive by saturday of this week. Very bad customer service by the online ordering department. Deffo won't be using South William's services again.

Item took two weeks to be dispatched so I didn't receive my items until three weeks after I ordered them with postage time factored in. Customer services were polite.

I waited almost 3 weeks to receive my order I should have been informed at time of purchase instead i had to email to see what was the delay .then I was told as an apology for the delay they’d give me some nice samples but it was just the normal sample they put with the order .

My entire experience at South William Clinic was amazing. Dr. Amanda was kind and open to listening to my long list of questions about the treatment. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful, whether in person or via email. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

Roisin was amazing during my consultation. She went through every step of my skin care thoroughly, explaining which products to use, how to use them, and why they would be beneficial. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I came away feeling much more confident about my skincare routine. I would highly recommend her!

I ordered a product on line and got an email to pick up at Terenure branch. I called there after paying for parking and it was not there. I chased for updates for a few moths, no proactive contact made from the clinic. In the end they refunded me and said they would contact me when it was in. Sadly again that never happened. Only because I had a gift voucher did I reach out again twice and told it was now in city centre store. I drove to town paid for parking again and it was not in. I was told I should have replied to the email telling me it was in store. The lady in store did her best but very frustrated process to find my voucher so I could purchase alternative even with my old order number. Found it eventually. I could never put myself through such bad customer service ever again.

It was my first visit to South William Clinic and I was looked after by Megan.
It turned out to be a very pleasant experience, as Megan talked me through each step of the treatment as she was doing it. So I felt very comfortable. After treatment, she discussed in detail the aftercare for best results.
Very positive experience.
Would recommend this Clinic to friends.

Bought a couple of their offer bundles and they shipped a couple extra tester treats I hadn’t ordered which was lovely. Really well packaged and arrived in good time.

I have purchased from South William Clinic a couple of times. Delivery is next day, prices are hard to beat and very impressed with the samples included.
A very happy customer, I will be back.

Love Skin Ceuticals but it is very expensive still.
